70/30. Mostly bad sometimes good. Order on weekends after 6 you will probably wait 2-4 hours. I order the Buffalo chicken pizza it’s always sauce just thrown on and a bunch of onions. They’ve done this several times. My Alfredo chicken the bread is sometimes undercooked pretty bad. Today I had to leave a bad review. Because this all happened. My pizza is a bunch of hot sauce and onions and pasta bowl is undercooked and there was sauce just THROWN in the box and there was maybe 2 pieces of chicken and five pieces of pasta… I’m upset and will not order here anymore.

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo’s and a Chicken Parm sandwich last night. Couldn’t eat not even 1/4 of the chicken Parm, it was all bread, sauce and the extra cheese I paid for. On 1 side there were 2 tiny pieces of cheese hanging off the side nothing inside. Other side 1 small piece of chicken. I have never been so disappointed. I didn’t or don’t expect for the chicken to piled on the sandwich. I do expect there to be enough meat to cover the bread.

Well first I tried calling and was hung up on several times and then I decided to place my order online and I wanted extra sauce on my bread bowls so I tried to call again and by the time I got to 12 attempts I finally got someone to answer the phone and I was explained that I was disconnected because they were trying to call me back to notify me that my order would not take an hour but two hours or better. So I offered to come and pick it up. They offered me a 2 liter and place of the delivery charge I asked if I could get three individual sodas and instead of that and they agreed. I get there to pick up my food. It was explained to me that they’re short-handed and that it has been a hectic night. I said I get it I understand. So when I get home and open the boxes of the food I realize that they’re not in bread bowls there in fact and aluminum bowls. So I checked the order stickers on the boxes to make sure and one of them did say aluminum pan Which apparently I ordered it incorrectly. So I call back up there to only be hung up on again several times and then when I finally got someone on the phone I explained the situation. And as a response I was told that one of them I ordered was in an aluminum pan and I said okay well what about the other two they were supposed to be in bread bowls and they’re not. So at that point I was offered a $2 credit and asked if that was feasible. I said no I would like to have what I ordered. Then I was abruptly asked well are you going to come back up here and pick it up. I said yes so I go back up there pick up my replacement order was told it was fresh out of the oven it felt hot and they gave me some extra sodas for the inconvenience which was excellent. But lo and behold when I get home and open the boxes everything is undercooked. So now I’m feeling like this is ridiculous questioning whether or not I should call back up there again and fear I’m going to be hung up on again so I call again and I get the girl that I talk to you the first time very polite very, accommodating very apologetic.she offers me a credit. I told her at this point I just want my money back. She said I could get my money back or a credit . I told her whatever she felt appropriate. She only gave me a refund.(that I have to wait three or four days for). I actually told her at this point I would not be returning as a guest and she was not bothered by that. Even though she did thank me for being so understanding and accommodating, all I wanted was a hot bread bowl with extra sauce! I made multiple trips and with no success, still ended up with sub-par food! After multiple chances I feel like there is no excuse! The replacement meal should have been the redemption! In fact, it was just as bad as the first attempt. In fact worst!! Because, if you knew you screwed up the on the first try, the second try should have been perfect!! I am a manager in the food industry and I get it. We run short staffed. We run high ticket times. But If a guest goes out of there way NOT ONCE but TWICE!!! Make it worth my trip!

This was carryout and this location made the 2 pizzas in about 20 minutes. What we didn’t like was when we got them home, both large pizzas had VERY LITTLE marinara sauce on them… It was spread so thin it’s like almost none! Come on, man!

It’s a big, sloppy, cheesy mess. It’s barely cooked and… just wet. The bacon doesn’t even look done. They canceled the order online so I couldn’t get a refund or leave a review.

Ordered pizza 2 hours in advance, order still showed up 45 min late, food is cold, filled 5% of each marinara sauce, and decided to deliver to other houses before us and we are the closest to the restaurant. Five Star Pizza is great and will only order from them from now on.
