New to the area and this is by far such a disappointing location. It’s never ready on time or correct. The pizza is never cut all the way through and the chicken wings are tiny with no sauce. The last three orders in two months have all had similar issues. A few weeks back my hand tossed pizza had no crust and wasn’t cut again. I miss my old neighborhoods location.

I ordered an XL meatzza and got this half eaten garbage that appears to have sat on the counter or in the delivery guys trunk all day. The Philly cheese steak sandwich has hardly any steak on it. When I tried to call the store I was transferred to a call center twice. Disconnected twice. When I finally spoke to store manager “Nolan” he seemed like he wasn’t even listening to me then instead of apologizing for serving me trash, he asked if I wanted him to remake it. I don’t think you can remake something you didn’t actually make for the customer in the first place. This is not a meat pizza… I again tried to explain the error and he did not even reply. I really think he sat the phone down and walked away. I finally asked for a refund since I don’t want my food spit in, I could tell he was frustrated with me by this point. I was frustrated with him because he clearly wasn’t interested in my family’s dinner. This was part of a $66 order. The 2 medium pizzas and the pasta were fine and you can’t mess up a 2 liter of coke. I would not be posting this if Nolan would have had the slightest bit of empathy. A little professionalism goes a long way. Take responsibility for your actions and make it right for your next customer.

Took over two hours before we got our pizza, on top of that I called 5 times and not once did anyone pick up the phone. One of the calls was for 24 minutes before I hung up. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but I’ll never order from Domino’s again. Save your money and time!!

1st review of any place I’ve ever made and this place sucks. Slowest dominos I’ve every experienced. Hope this location shuts down soon. Dominos is typically decent pizza and fast but this location absolutely sucks. Don’t order from here, take your money elsewhere.

This is very unfortunate that you get a wrong order and you are treated awful as customer. I called to explain and this place has NO customer service. The lady who answer the phone and identified as the manager when I request to talk to the manager, pretty much didn’t help, at the end she tried to say I was talking over her because she kept asking what do I want and I said that she should know as the manager what to do. She run the business. The fact is that she said BYE and hung up in me. I have never seen anything far from good customer service than this. I have ordered from this place for years, it is incredible how one person can make loyal customers to go away with a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This location was a little behind on their orders, but I can’t fully blame them. There was a 50% discount on online orders, so naturally, a lot of orders came through. But the staff was on point in handling the rush. Pizza was ok. the service was awesome. Overall, it was a good experience. I will be back for more.

Very bad services. Took my order wrong and gave me the wrong food. Spoke with the manager and charge, and he said it will take 45 minutes to get your food ready or take what we gave you. I’m not eating what they want.

Don’t worry about previous reviews, whether valid previously or not. This store is one of the best run places and the best Dominos pizza you can get, no question. Every order is the same, perfect, hot and on time. Leadership is great, and it shows in the final product.
