I haven’t had a good experience with this location yet but this is the last straw. My whole pizza is just bread and sauce because it all was stuck to the box. Plus the cookie brownie we ordered was burnt. Next time I’m going to the Appalachee Parkway location because they’re good.

A little slow but the restaurant is pretty consistent. My family ordered pizza a few weeks ago using the app from here and made the mistake of not adding cheese. If I was a making a pizza and the order came in with no cheese I think I’d call and confirm that type of order. Restaurant refused to replace the order.

I just reported an underbaked brownies (whole batter on the bottom) that made me and my toddler sick! The Manager (Victoria) was NEVER apologetic at all. Just credits, that’s it! I called not for the credit but to make your service better and to keep other people safe! MANAGERs should be concerned more of food health and safety regulations and not money!

NCAA Finals..unable to order on line. Go to restaurant place order..never has a problem with them except sometimes overcooked. Ordered usually takeout and was advised would be given specials…normal price under $20. Get home and one Normal no meat pizza is filled with bacon..OMG..my son does not eat pork. Called endlessly and would not pick up the phone. REALLY!!

Ripped off!!! Beware!!! We called in a carryout order on the way back from an event and ordered 4 pizzas and it cost $70!!! I was shocked!!! When I got home, I looked up the prices online and the same pizzas were $8 each, rather than the $16 per pizza I was charged. When I called the location and asked why I wasn’t told about the specials, they said that price was online only and they couldn’t apply the specials. Marking up prices 100% just because I didn’t order online is offensive. I will never order from Domino’s again.

Normally this store is pretty good; but tonight they dropped the ball, big time. Placed my order around 6 PM, then did stuff around the house for an hour or so. When I checked the tracker, it stated that it was still being prepped. I called the store to ask the status of the order, since it appeared that the tracker was not working. They stated that they got busy ‘out of nowhere’ and that my order was about to be prepared. An hour later and it still had not been prepared. I canceled my order and will almost certainly not be ordering from Dominos again. This is too bad because it was the last chain that was worthwhile. I guess Gaines Street will be getting 100% of my business instead of just 85%.

You’re better off picking up at a different store. If they estimate a delivery in 30-45 minutes, you should safely assume it will actually be 120 minutes or no delivery. Ordered online and it was posted as “prep” for over an hour on the tracker. I tried calling twice, was on hold for 5-10 minutes each time before I finally hung up. Drove to the store to ask if my order was in progress and she informed me that it had been delivered (it definitely hadn’t been). I was offered a new pizza or a refund and, with reasonable inference, I determined that they wouldn’t refund the delivery fee & tip if I waited around for a new pizza in 35-40 minutes, so I went with a refund. Now I’m back home, hungry with no pizza after a long day at work and angry that I wasted time that could’ve been spent making dinner myself. I’d give -5 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this store. Given other reviews, this branch should probably just shut down.
