They ALWAYS get my order right! If I’m correct this is the ‘corporate’ Domino’s (at least it was when I used to work for them) but I recently moved to this part of Pensacola, and this Domino’s hasn’t failed me yet! No matter if I order in the App or over the phone, it’s ready when they say it is and they are FAST getting your food to you, too! Whether it’s delivery, or you go there for the car side pickup or drive thru, I’ve never had to wait more than about 3 minutes. And they have the nicest attitudes, too! There was a time period where I felt Domino’s Pizza’s food quality had gone downhill, but I’m glad I gave them another chance-especially this location! Not only has their food gotten better, but the deals and the great people at this location will keep me coming back again and again!

Whoever takes over the phone orders is illiterate. I order a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños and then I wanted cheese bread with jalapeños on the side. Then the non English understanding person was like we don’t have jalapeños to put on the cheese bread. I said I wanted it on the side. He said no we are out of that. So you have jalapeños that you can put on my pizza but you can’t take an extra handful of jalapeños and put it in a cup or on the side? No we don’t have that option. Okay so how about I want jalapeños on my pizza and a side of extra jalapeños for the pizza. No we are out of sides.

I had a issue with a delivery a month ago at work. I was contacted By stores District manager after I posted a comment on FB concerning my order. The gentleman handled my problem in the most professional way and wanted to make sure I was happy and would give them another try. I ordered a pizza and a sandwhich for lunch today, the food was awsome and the whole experience has made me a Domino’s pizza customer once again.

I’m giving this two stars only because normally when I order delivery my order is on time and partially fresh still. Tonight when I ordered delivery my order was placed perfectly by Lucas, but then driver decided he needed to make a quick stop at Starbucks to treat himself first, instead of coming directly to deliver our meal fresh and then proceed with whatever he pleased. When he arrived my food was cold and hard like a rock, definitely nowhere near fresh. Definitely having a word with someone in management.

Dominos pizzas are delicious. A family favorite of sorts. However, Customer service at store location 1001 E. Nine Mile is terrible. The lady that operates that store is Rude and Clueless. I About 20-minutes ago, I placed an order for medium Extravaganza pizza. Prior to order placement, I explained to them to make driver have correct change. We’ll, the manager refused to Honor my Rewards points and when the delivery driver showed up, he tried to extort Customer oby forcing me to give him a substantial Large Tip. I naturally declined and politely sent him away along with the pizza. It is my prerogative to give a Tip. You cannot force someone to give you anything!!!!
