I’ve never had a problem with any pizza order I’ve gotten from this location which is the only pizza joint that delivers to my address because I live in the country. It’s always right, hot, and there quickly. And the drivers are great!

Placed an order. 1 pizza and 1 dessert. It said “Matthew” was quality checking it for 58 minutes. I knew the pizza was sitting at the store getting cold. I wasn’t surprised when it arrived well over an hour later. It was not edible. I couldn’t call the store to request a refund because apparently they do not answer their phones. They knew they messed the order up because I received an email offering 20% off for them being so terrible. I don’t want 20% off seeing as how I will never eat that garbage again. I want a refund.

I would rate it a no star. I ordered a medium pizza and it’s mostly knotted up bread. My garlic Knots was dry with a tiny shaved piece of garlic on them. A mouse wouldn’t even taste the garlic. My cinnamon twist had tiny sprinkles of cinnamon on them. My 5 cheese dip had marinara in it. Like this is ridiculous, I definitely want my $30.00 back.

We have been getting pizzas about once a week from this location ever since it first opened. We have seen employees come and go many many times. Unfortunatly we do not intend to do business there anymore due to the way our order was handled and the way we were spoken to by a person named Matthew who said he was the manager.. He was quite young perhaps 20 years old ( I am 80 years old) and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice. Since my pizza was about 3.00 more than usual, I had asked about the discount I normally got. He very sarcasticly said to me. “you weren’t supposed to get it and it will not happen again. When I asked him who the manager was he told me in a disrespectful tone that he is the manager. He had no social or customer skills at all. I mentioned to him “I’m sure you know that there are a lot of other pizza places that we could go to and that we had been a customer each week for many years. His response was “you can go anywhere you want to, have a good day” I’m going to take his advice, I will order my pizzas someplace else that appreciates my business and is respectful. My advice to Dominos is to hire people who know how to deal and talk to customers and are respectful. Matthew acted like a spoiled child and should not be a manager. or be dealing with the public without further training.
