I ordered a large pizza and lava cakes the day before this visit and picked it up, but tonight when I called they said that the lobby was closed and only had delivery, which I couldn’t understand. So, I stopped by the same store I had been at less than 24 hours before and a lady opened the door and said the lobby was closed and that I would have to order delivery. I have no idea why they make you pay the $5.99 delivery fee on top of the driver’s tip and any other fees they add on to a delivery order. I had already added a tip when I picked up my order last night and all they did was cook it and take my payment. I don’t really understand why it asks for a tip in that situation but don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings so I added a tip. But I won’t be eating Domino’s again due to this bizarre way of making you pay extra fees when you are already at the store and they open the door only to tell you that you can’t come into the lobby due to it being closed but have to make a delivery order. I don’t agree with companies raising prices and forcing extra fees unnecessarily onto you.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this specific store. They hold out on the toppings and do not spread them equally. Along with that and on my last order they left the metal pizza tray in the box. You’re better off with a frozen store bought pizza.

Came in last night at 10pm to pick up my pineapple pizza. 5 employees standing around chatting and in great spirits. My pizza had about 12 tidbits on my entire medium pizza. If you had time to stand around and BS you had time to put pineapple on my pizza and make it right. Wont be back.

I have a large family with many kids and our go to for our pizza nights is “Domino’s Pizza” . This particular location has given us some of the best customer care we’ve experienced in Pensacola for any food establishment.

If only zero stars were an option. I ordered 2 pizzas at 844pm. At 906 pm, they were baked and in “quality check “. They continued to sit there for over an hour. Around 1015 I called the store to check in and asked if they planned to deliver the hour old pizzas. The employee, without missing a beat replied “yes, we will send them out when our driver gets back “. I requested they cancel the order and refund my money. Around 1030 pm my doorbell rang and I caught a glimpse of the driver walking away. They actually felt that it was appropriate to deliver two cold, one and a half hour old pizzas to a customer.

When I finally got it, the food was as good as expected….. BUT…. getting there was a difficult process. Starting with the extreme limits on redeeming the $3 pick-up credit to them claiming I didn’t check in when I arrived. I placed the order from the parking lot & corporate already sent me the coupon for a free pizza because my order wasn’t in my hands within 2 minutes of my check-in. Because this isn’t even close to the first time I’ve had issues at this location, I’m looking for ways to get my deliveries from a different store.
