My grandson and I love Domino’s! We did mess up and order from the wrong location so we had to wait for them to make our order but that was totally my fault. They were really nice and took great care of us in this situation. The food was delicious as always. We also tried the loaded tots which I will end up regretting because they’re my new addiction!! Make sure to make them a regular menu item Domino’s!!

Poor customer service. We went in person to order a pizza today 05/31/2022 at approximately 11pm. The young man saw us when we entered the store but did not attend to us, we waited for approximately 12 minutes and the young man never attended to us no matter how many times we called him. It is disrespectful to the customers we drove there for 25 minutes for him to just ignore us, he is a young man with braids. He didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us that he was not going to serve us. After that we went to the 372 Gulf Breeze Pkwy. where a girl took care of us in the best way, fast and very attentive.

Fresh food at a good price, this is usually one of the better Domino’s in area. Reason of not giving five stars, is there have been discrepancies in service, plus the inconvenience do to road work which makes getting there a problem.

Normally, I rate my store a 5 star, but today, the pizza was cut incorrectly. No one bothered to apologize or tell me that another pizza was being made until after another pizza was made, which took an additional 15 minutes. Then, I was just told, “Sorry.” Nothing else. No attempt to also give the incorrectly cut pizza or the one I had to wait for on the house or a free pizza next time. Seriously? What has happened to customer services, especially for us regulars?!?

This particular Dominos has consistently made some delicious and appealing pizzas. The owner(s) should be beyond pleased to have talented folks preparing the pizzas. How can anyone mess up a pizza you ask. Just look at the fierce advertising to compete for your taste buds. This place is or should be a model for how lots of ingredients from edge to edge should be. Oh and friendly dedicated folks are key. Highly recommend this location.

We ordered a large pepperoni, and got a large cheese only, and a large veggie without black olives and replaced with jalapeno. Neither pizza was made correctly and we gave a 20 percent tip before realizing what happened.
