I can’t believe im writing a review on dominos but here goes. Ordered a pizza, got here an hour and a half late, it was cold, stale, and just nasty. I paid premium price for that experience. In their defense they gave me a credit for what could very well be another cold nasty pizza.

I dont know why people come down hard on Domino’s pizza. It’s made in the USA and doesn’t come from a factory I enjoy their thin crust pizzas and always had a good experience with both carry out and delivery from the location by Eglin’s AFB back gate. The delivery service is terrible. Not only did I not get my full order after I call them and they still didn’t sent me my order and after that I called the second time they said ” well the driver said he delivered it.” I guess the customer is not always right. I would not recommend it to you or your family.

I ordered a medium pizza with double onions,double mushrooms, garlic parmesan sauce and cheese. When the pizza got here it was ice cold I barely saw any onions ,and there was not even 1p pieces of mushrooms on it. The manager gave me a credit for next of a free pizza and free delivery. I should have agreed for him to have it picked back , s a many year restraint owner I would never let that go ot the door, he said they were training new people, seems to me that when u are training new employees that management would be checking the borders. Didn’t in this case at all it was nasty. Very disappointing Ed Domino’s of Valpariso, Fl.. if I could post a picture I sure would.

Ordered pizza as a delivery. 1 Large, and 1 medium. Once received the pizzas smell like straight cigarettes. Pizza tasted alright, was a bit cold and couldn’t get over the cigarette smell.

First I got the wrong order, then my correct order was delivered but my pasta had no lid so it was slopped all over the box. When called to tell them about the mistake we were told oh the driver is on his way back with your order and need the order we gave you. No compensation what so ever. Not happy about their service.
