It’s been years since I’ve had Domino’s pizza. I stopped by this location and I was greeted with such a kind and cheerful young lady named Kenyatta. She was so vibrant and friendly and it really made my day. She really went above and beyond in customer service, she asked me if I needed a receipt which I declined and later realized I did in fact need the receipt so I called the store and she offered to email it to me. This lady was exceptional and deserves recognition.

This is definitely the best Dominoz in Gainesville, way better service that the one on 13ST. The parking spaces can be improved and added for better experience, but in general the pizza was good and the service was nice. I’ll make this go to pizza store in Gnv. More deals please 😉

Honestly i love the pizza they make at this locatoin(normaly) and the customer service (normaly). I ordered two pizzas, 1cinnamin twist, and and order of lava cakes. The only thing good was the, NOTHING! I ORDER from here quite often and have spent a ton of money at this loaction, the manager told me thay because i didnt call rigjt away, in the middle of the night mind you, that he was relucant to assist me in any way involving replacing my meal and hard earned money. Im sorting thjs out with corporare. Dont eat pizza from here!!!

Worst management, poor service if youre staying at the Hilton Double Tree, DONT ORDER THIS DONINOES, they will mess up your order and then blame you and rip you off. Ive never had worse service and condesending attitude from management. Its pizza..how hard can it be to get it right???

We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. While we were waiting four different workers looked at us and continued to act like we weren’t there. Eventually they had no choice but to come to the window. I appreciate the work they do, but highly disappointed in their attitude.

After a long trip, we stayed in a Hotel near this Domino’s store, I usually order Dominos in Miami but this store made me write a review. The pizzas, cinnamon breads and cheese bread were so fresh and delicious. Delivery was super fast too and the price is the best! Thank you Domino’s!!!!!!
