I have given this place too many chances. Last night was the straw on the camel’s back for me. After a long hard day, I order a smallish order that I had been craving all day, rewarding myself for refraining from eating out all week to save money. The delivery gets here. My dreams are coming true. Guy forgets the sauce. Knows it. Mentions it. Asks real ridiculously if my fiance wants him to drive back to the store and get it. To get back here when the food is no longer warm? Nope. I even added a generous tip in hopes that this might be the one single time they actually grab the sauce. Or the drinks. Or any extras I order. They just conveniently forget it EVERY TIME. If you order extras from here, be warned, you WILL be wasting your money. Tip what you feel. Dont be generous in hopes of anything.

The wings we ordered did not taste as if they were correct, very fatty and soggy. Covered in sauce that should have been on the side. Extremely unhappy with them. Wait time between ordering and receiving delivery was quick. Our pizza was great, couldn’t be better.

I don’t feel comfortable ordering from this location anymore. Delivery driver always seems dissatisfied with tip and isn’t afraid to mention it. That’s cool or what not but it’s scary to think that you’re unsatisfied with a tip and will do something to my food with the next order. Goes into a long speech about how he only gets paid $7/hr and $5-10 for a tip is not enough smh… corporate needs to get involved

I usually have a great experience ordering from here, however, one time I ordered pizza and waited over 2 hours for it to arrive only for them to tell me at the store and on my app that it had been delivered, but I never received my pizza. When I called the store, the manager made it seem like I got my pizza and told me to check outside for it, but it never arrived. So, we had to reorder everything and at that point I went to go pick it up. The manager never came to the front counter or apologized for me never receiving my pizza, and did not even offer a discount or to comp my order. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the store that day.
