You tell me when carry out order takes 50mins. I understand if it’s busy. What happened to pasta? Does dominos crews or manager knows the amount of pasta they have to put in the foil bowl? Why dominos is getting worst every time we go? I just hope dominos would take care of food quality they used to do or it just this dominos? I will give it a try in a few days to see if they have improved since this is the closest dominos we have by our house.

Don’t know how a Domino’s that is 2.4 miles from my home and 7 minutes away is outside my delivery zone. It’s not my fault that the app sent my order to this store because the one that is 0.9 miles away from me is closed (weirdly before 11pm on a Saturday). The manager called to explain this to me, but when I tried to let him know how I was not far, he abruptly stated he was refunding me and hung up. Terrible customer service. Just take the order.

I’m here to tell you all, when we walked in our pizza was coming out of the oven hot and fresh. The employees are kind and helpful. We expressed this was our first time coming to a Domino Pizza and it was awesome. People who read this know I will tell it like it is for our family. We felt welcome. I ordered extra sauce and my pizza was bone dry. It’s frustrating to pay for something, tip, drive out of the way to get the food and then discover they couldn’t even get an order of one item correct. Will try a new pizza place that can actually make orders correctly next time.

Zero in my opinion. Never got my two sauces till an hour after the delivery. Hung up on me three times. Very rude. Threw my cold delivery away and ended up cooking anyways when I was trying not to cook. All in all very rude customer service. Basic dealing with children at this store
