Last night 11/5/22 I order three pizzas. The delivery took over 20mins after the website said it was out for delivery. My pizzas where Luke warm at best. One or my pizzas was suppose to be extra cheese and sausage (see picture). There was hardly any cheese on the pizza. I call the store and was informed I would get a replacement in a hour and a half. The replacement never came. I’m so disappointed in this store.

They forgot to give us our breadbites so when I called the first time she said ya there here and then hung up I called back and she offered credit but in my experience they never actually add the credit. I operated to pay to have them delivered she assured me the would be fresh. They were not. They were gross and salty just like her attitude when I called. I normally like my pizza but try to do everything online because the customer care is always lacking

The food isnt bad besides the smashed box for the pizza! the really slack sandwich where I paid more to add extra meat and cheese. Didnt add the tip in the payment because I needed to use cash for that. They way it seems is the driver and whom ever made the sandwich wasnt very happy. Also, not very smart we will not be returning to the store. Considering a visit to speak with the manager. Not being a karen, just know this was them being rude. As a business owner, if my employees were this way I would have them retrained or replaced.

We’ve been ordering from this location for years. The staff here has always been friendly with fast service, but THIS PARTICUAR LOCATION makes ERRORS on the TOPPINGS of our pizza orders about 30-40% of the time. When the order is only slightly off we just deal with it, but on two occasions I called them. The first time, they delivered a replacement pizza, which was also incorrect and undercooked. The second time I took the credit they offered to me. I think it’s good customer service to offer these options, but I just feel bad calling frequently, so most of the time we just eat the pizza with incorrect toppings.

Yea. No. If you want dominos, go to the one off 441 in Eustis / mt Dora. I tried this one several times now and it’s just not worth it. Over done and dry seems to be the motto. Maybe the greatest people in the world, but if the food isn’t good, it’s not worth it. Tonight was the 100% last time we eat here. Sorry guys. Good luck

Too much money… what an horrible place. No wonder why someone would get upset… you have to get your own delivery! Small pizza, & boneless wings! I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. $40 for this??? Plus $10 tip! Never again, what a rip off.
