I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the two men working tonight at this location. I came in with a gift card that apparently needed to be utilized to redeem a Domino’s gift card. Both gentlemen did a fantastic job being patient, understanding and thorough and figuring out the hiccup with that system. Even though I was definitely irritated at the situation, those two went out of their way to try to fix it in the best way possible with including a phone call to leadership to get more clarification. I just want to make sure to give credit where credit is due. Thank you both, gentlemen, for your efforts and resolve today in handling this matter.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION** I ordered pizza from my family and as I was eating my slice of pizza I found a piece of hair under the cheese in the Alfredo sauce. I stopped everyone from eating the pizza because this is a health hazard and called the store. Hector, the manager on duty did not replace the pizza and said I should’ve inspected it and hung up on me. I should not have to inspect pizza if everyone was following sanitation rules. Only 3/12 slices of pizza was eaten and Hector flat out refused to refund or replace the pizza. When I asked for the DM email he hung up me. This is absolutely unprofessional and I will take my business to Pizza Hut and I will be following up with corporate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS
