What a JOKE! I thought My previous two orders (an 8-piece boneless wings that basically had bbq sauce poured over it last minute and a cardboard tasting cinnamon twists with barely any icing) were busy mistakes but now with this third and final order of a burnt barely existing cheese pizza I now know it was deliberate sabotage. I have no idea what I did to deserve such horrendous service but trust and believe I will never be ordering from this location AGAIN! Such a disheartening experience because I love Domino’s it has good pizzas for decent prices. Still, I DO NOT suggest going to this location again. It’s horrible.

My experience was perfectly fine until one of the employees making a pizza tells me. ” aye sir I can’t have you eating in here” while I’m eating a slice of pizza I just purchased waiting in more food. I respond with a ok no problem. Do you want me to leave? He them completely ignores my question. So I kindly continue to finish my slice of pizza. The. Another employee comes from the back and says” sir I can’t have you eating in here” I replied I know the other guy just told me. I’m just waiting on the rest of my food and then I’m leaving. I ask him his name he kindly ignores me, walks to the back to the other disgruntled employee and says, he’s still freaking eating in here man.

When my delivery order was placed the delivery time was 37-47 minutes. I placed my order at 7:23pm it arrived at 8:43 and not even baked fully. The food was cold and thrown together. By far the worst experience. Spent nearly $50 on cold half cooked food that I had to place in the oven.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Domino’s insisted I entered the wrong address on the app. Not so, my address auto-fills because I order once or twice a month. Staff was rude insisting they can’t “continue to refill my orders and they have spoken to me before about entering the correct address “ WHAT!?! I have never spoken to them before yesterday. I have never had an issue with a delivery before yesterday. Plus the person just hung up on me as I was speaking. I will never order from this store again. I don’t trust them.

I recently moved to the area and ordered food from this location for convenience. My order was delivered incorrectly and I was promised a credit, which I appreciated. I returned from vacation today and remembered I had a credit, but when I called and spoke to the Manager, Tiffany, was told she could not fulfill my request since she was not personally there that day. She was very rude and spoke unprofessional the entire conversation. She should receive more customer service training. I will not be ordering from this location again for the inconvenience.

So, They messed up my order. I asked for a half bacon cheese and greenpepper and cheese pizza. It wasn’t till I got home then I realized it; well my cousin. So he called and they want me to pay for whole Nother pizza… My cousin ask you to the manager and they gave us such a hard time and finally they gave in after they were wrong for messing up the order… So we go pick up the pizza which was for my eight year old son and they must do something to the Peter because he’s sick as a dog today! that’s fine before he ate that pizza. I don’t trust them or hygiene… Never again!

I so wanted to give them 5 starts but I ordered the plain breaded wings and they were horrible. Not only were they barely cooked but they were also miniature. The pizza I got on the other hand was delicious! I placed my order online and got it within minutes hot and fresh.
