this was the literally the worst experience i have ever had with a pizza place. we ordered online and the food was given to the wrong family in our hotel. after being on the phone for 15 minutes with the rudest and nastiest woman who insisted we were wrong and making things up we got the food and were offered a refund. three days later there was still no refund on my friend’s card and she called to see if the refund was pending or had gone through. the same woman argued with us for 5 minutes insisting she never said she would give us a refund and said she had made the food immediately for us once she had realized her mistake, which is impossible as this whole ordeal lasted an hour and she a half. she claimed we were making things up and refused to review the original call that was recorded to see we were not lying. i have never left a review on a store before because i generally think it’s dumb, but PLEASE do not order here.

I’ve ordered from here several times and have never had issues. Food is always hot and the staff is unbelievably friendly, EVERY, time I stop by, and not just to me but to each other as well. I will add that I’ve never used delivery service as I live across the street and always do take out.

pizza was burnt and stone cold by the time I got home (within 5 minutes). Employees couldn’t be bothered to wash hands or wear masks properly – was finally given my order by the delivery driver as the other employees were too busy not being bothered by anything. I also got food poisoning somehow from my ice cold pizza – I’ll never order dominos again
