Very disappointed this is the pizza that got handed to my 13year old when we went to pick up the pizza. Got home and saw this so I had to go back to the store the excuse was she didn’t know how we got this old cold hard pizza that it probably happened when she went to the bathroom. Smh Why are you guys keeping old pizza. MAKE SURE YALL CHECK YALL PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

We went yesterday around 2:05 in the afternoon and order the same items we ordered last week..we don’t know why it’s too expensive for 4 orders . Last time we only payed around $30 together with the tip and now we charged $43 with the tip. It’s the same items that we ordered last time. To the management pls. Check the items I don’t understand why they charged us too much. here’s the pics of my orders and my receipt. It’s weird The guy don’t give me a receipt until I ask him my receipt. He said ok after 15 mins. We waited 15 mins outside.. I got my receipt when I went back to get my order but I’m so disappointed. So expensive. In the pics I opened the box so you can see the toppings of my pizza. It’s just regular nothing special. 🙁

Delivery never showed up!! After waiting an hour for my delivery I tried to call to get a status update but no one ever picked up the phone. I drove to the store only to be told there is no delivery drivers. The guy behind the counter told me he will re-ring my order and not charge me the delivery or tip that I pre paid for. Turned out my check came in $5 more expensive than if I had left it as a delivery order!!!! It was a rip off. I guess all I can do is wait for corporate to review my email.

I ordered a pizza, picked up, drove all the way back to work. Went to eat it, it was raw in the middle. I don’t expect the best pizza ever, but I expect it to be cooked. I’m on hold now, 13:54 to say something. Not good.

Not sure why so many people are complaining about this place? Definitely feels like a user error lol. But honestly, this is one of my favorite Domino’s in Orlando! I get a couple of pizzas for my coworkers every Friday and not only they have the pizzas done in record time but also they are really good and never skip on toppings!

Ordered a sub, chicken wings and a brownie, a little discouraged after they told me it would be an hour wait, but agreed anyways, after an hour or so I looked online tracker and said it had been delivered and enjoy. Didn’t get it so I called Andy, he told me jose delivered, apparently to the wrong address… Andy offered to remake my order but unfortunately it would be another hour delivery!!! What a joke! I asked for a refund, but it will take 7 to 10 business days to get my money back!!! Never again will i order from this establishment! If I could give 0 stars I would! Signed still hungry
