Ordered on 3/29/23. Pizza was typical Dominos. Opened the prepackaged salad and noticed it was very wilted. Checked date and saw use by 3/15/23. Called store and they were “surprised” they’d have a two week old salad. Couldn’t help since manager was out. Offered a call back but none received. The guarantee is worthless. No refund just coupons for future purchase. Reported to health department. I’ll see how that goes.

Ordered Dominos again tonight, 4 medium pizzas for the NBA Finals game. It was delivered in less than 30 minutes piping hot and just what we ordered. When Dominos delivers their pizza hot, it’s simply the best … better than all the rest 🙂

Quite possibly one of the more disappointing orders I’ve had from them. Ordered online, which was fine. One would expect a “Meatzza” to, you know, be stacked with meat. It wasn’t. The meat on the pizza would be considered “sparingly” at best. The garlic knots were great; however, they don’t come with their own choice of dipping sauce? *sigh

This place used to be great, service and quality; an absolute shining example of a chain. These days? Im done. Drivers forgetting add-ons and what arent engaging and frankly carefree^less. Why are salads on the menu when they look like as pictured? Ever ordered a dominos salad? This was my first time. They come factory plasti-sealed. So to receive something that looks closer to kimchi is absolutely disgusting and makes you wonder the state of the meat they put on the pies. Didnt dare even give the chicken from this to my dog. Sorry dominos I’ve tried for the i dont remember how many months through emails and phone calls even with corporate about the quality of this store going down so hard and suddenly. I wont be giving it another chance. Im done.

Not happy at all. Was heading home from a Drs appointment very hungry. Called to place an order, but had a question. Tried calling from three phones. Nobody picked up. Had to wait to get home, to get on a computer and place the order. The automatic voice ordering may work for when your repeat orders, but sucks to be able to talk to a real person! 🙁
