Placed an order online. Went to the door to pick up my order. The door was locked and the crew was cleaning. I waited for about 8 minutes for someone to notice me after waiting 20 minutes for my order. Then left to the next nearest Domino’s. It was placed around 10:50pm. Now it’s almost 11:40pm. My time was wasted. My gas was wasted. And my money (now refunded/canceled) was wasted.

the food was good but the delivery man was rude. i said not to knock or ring and they knocked super hard. the first time i tried ordering the card didn’t work then the second time it worked. when he came he said the food was already outside, i didn’t get any notification on the tracker so my food was outside with ants. he said to sign a receipt so i did and explained the problem calmly. THEN HE SNATCHES THE PEN FROM MY HAND AND LEAVES. it’s not my fault he’s had a bad day and i didn’t make him come on purpose it was just a mistake.

Yesterday a very rude unprofessional driver delivered my food and came to my house in such a bad attitude after writing a review miss girl pulled up back to my house unexpected with that same attitude asking abt my review this is the first problem I’ve ever had with a dominos delivery driver. Hopefully if she sees this she’ll learn how to have a good attitude and not show up at someone’s house randomly crazy asian girl ♀️

Delivery driver left food outside on the floor on top of the dirty mat where every one wipes their feet… did not wait even 5 seconds for me to get to the door which i was already headed to as soon as they knocked. Pizza was not as ordered, no ranch sauce, not square cut, little mushroom. Been a customer here since the early 2000’s but its evident that delivery is not only more expensive but its also not worth it if my food or my health will not be respected and the order is not accurate.

I tried to give them another chance, but once again I was disappointed. I watched the pizza tracker which showed our pizzas in quality check status for over 20 minutes. By the time the order arrived, the pizzas were dried out and lukewarm. So disappointed.
