My first experience was a couple months ago and unfortunately the same thing has happened again. I placed my online delivery order just before 8pm and it was expected to be delivered by 8:53pm. I’m writing this review at 10:17pm while still waiting for my order. My children are starving and hangry and no one answers the phone there. Richard, I sure hope you fix this problem bc I know many customers have been lost due to these issues. Terrible experience. I ordered a pizza through the app at 10:07 pm and after 30 min I had to go to the location. There was a man inside with the door locked doing nothing. The man does not answer the phone, does not answer when you knock on the door and after taking a picture of him on the screen, he turned off the television. There were many people outside waiting for their orders for more than 45 minutes. If they don’t have staff to work, they won’t open the place! and if you open the place with only one person, at least check that the person is qualified and not a “bum” like this.

Horrible service. Not just one or two times either. They deliver the wrong food, never add the sauces you pay for. Then you try and call… Sit on hold for 40+ minutes without being able to talk to anyone. You can file a complaint online… They will offer you free pizza… If I wanted pizza I wouldnt have ordered a sandwich.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I’ve been ordering from dominoes for many many years. We placed an order yesterday, 4/9 that needed to be cancelled, ordered it again, then called to cancel on the original order. after on hold for ten minutes, called on from a 2nd phone, after being on hold for 30 mins on both phones at the same time, I hung up and waited for the delivery of the 2nd order. I explained to the delivery driver what happened and to please have the store call me, have yet to receive a phone call. The order came cold and to top it off, never received a call. Called again and was on hold for another 15 min. I went again now and called. Was on hold again for another 30 min and no answer. Extremely disappointed with this location

Worst Domino’s ever! I have been waiting on my delivery for over 2 hours now. Been on hold with the store to cancel for over 30 minutes. I would drive to get the order, but my kids are now already in bed. Other tines I have ordered and received my pizza cooked the wrong way, slices hardly cut, burnt, damaged in the box, etc…
