I ordered from this store recently and had a terrible experience. The tracker said 30-40 minutes for delivery and that seemed very reasonable. After an hour and a half I tried calling the store to see where my food was I couldn’t even reach a real person. Was on hold another 15 minutes until I heard a knock at my door. And I was handed a lukewarm pizza and unappealing wings. The only good thing about this meal were the garlic knots. I don’t recommend anyone order from this location because they can’t complete an order within a timely manner. And the wings were supposed to be bbq and this is how I received them. Super disappointing

Tried to call for delivery but was on hold for over 15 min, so I hung up and ordered online for carry out. When I picked up the food the wings were undercooked and thrown together. They didn’t even try to make it look presentable.

They never answer the phone. They do not deliver to apartment if you are in a high rise. Got a hair in my pizza this last visit and reach out to customer service and they did absolutely nothing. Do not order from here.

I ordered on the app and I took off as soon as the order was confirmed by the time I got to the location which was 10 minutes tops the order was ready it was super fresh and perfectly made!! They deserve a lot more credit and I didn’t encounter anything as far as the previous reviews stated they were friendly overall 10/10!

I placed an order here without looking at this location’s online reviews. I regret that decision now. I placed an order three hours ago and no delivery. Tracker falsely marked as delivered two hours ago. No one is picking up the phone despite holding for 30+ mins. These people are probably running a scam. Best not to order from here and try another pizza location if you can.

Store operator is very disrespectful. Yelled at me over the phone after I waited over 65 minutes for my order and then lied to me saying that the driver had called me several times to make contact when he never did. Then, he canceled the order and hung up the phone. I hope a supervisor sees this review and takes action.
