If you want to get charged without getting your food, order here. It’s happened to me 3 times where I ordered after 8pm, the pizza is cooked, shows me. Then says out for delivery and never shows up. Then I call and they ignore my call the entire night. There is no button on the app allowing you to complain if the “order isn’t complete” which it never does or they set it to order complete at like 1030pm-12am. Still haven’t gotten any refunds and the employees clearly just ate the pizza. I also tipped the delivery driver by default and he just takes it and does no work. I’ve ordered dominoes for probably 25 years and this is the only location this consistently happens at. If you order, pick up only from here because they enjoy robbing their customers.

Been on hold trying to contact them because of an urgent problem with the order for the last 40 mins and them they hung up! This the second time I am calling since there is no option online or in the app to report a problem. It’s been 20 mins so far. I am ordering from Houston, Texas and typed in the address for delivery and made sure it was right. Then after I paid for the order after being forced to tip a head of time, they said my order is heading of to some where in Miami!!!????!!?!? I have a hungry 8 people waiting for their food and there is no way to contact them!!! I even requested specifically in the notes to deliver call me when he arrives and of course he didn’t do that either! Somebody please help! This is insane all of us put 80 dollars in for this order!

Would give zero stars if I could. You’ve stolen way too much money from me at this point and it’s my fault for giving you so many chances. They LITERALLY just do not deliver pizza. If you order from this store, it’s a complete coin-toss as to whether or not you’ll actually get your food. And then they just lie and say it’s delivered when it never was. Then they don’t answer the phone. It’s the most bizarre thing and how/why is this store still open???

The quality of the food is usually pretty good I can’t complain but they mostly have Spanish speaking workers that don’t speak almost no English , I don’t understand the purpose of this, I don’t know if they’re lying or they just truly don’t understand English, but I don’t understand how you will run an establishment with the workers that don’t speak English or know English too well….

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. All the reviews are spot on. They said our pizzas were delivered but they never were. We showed up to the store and the guy said the driver called and called. Never called once. We have a concierge and it was contactless delivery. IT IS A SCAM. Dominos corporate needs to step in and shut this place down.
