Was at this location earlier tonight 7/27/23 and the young lady making pizza (possibly the manager) was really rude and sloppy. My pizza was left unattended and fell from the oven into a tray of pizza racks (I saw it happen), a gentleman taking calls asked me to wait “10 more minutes” after I waited politely I’m sure I was handed the exact same pizza that fell in the tray basically on the floor I spoke politely with the young lady and she was barely listening cause she was on a personal call on her “Air-pod” cursing in Haitian Creole!!! No care was taken at all!!! She barely cut the pizza!! It has no crust and very soggy smh Bad Look Domino’s I’ve lived in the area a while and this location was wayyy better.

Marie the Manger / Pizza Maker is very rude..I use to go there 3 times a week but since her & her friends are there it’s bad service. Always wait 1.5 hr for pizza or I have to pick up my delivery due to the staff lack of work.

I’m a little disappointed. I have been going to this same location for a while. I placed an order 1:30 min before the closing of the restaurant. I received my confirmation that my order was ready 25 min after, I drove all the way to the restaurant, which is about 15 min away from my house. I was apparently 5 min late for the carry out time, in which they don’t let anybody in. Try to call, and nobody wanted to pick up the phone. Is kinda sad if your restaurant hours, say from 10 am to 11 pm, carry out, and someone is 5 min late, and you deny them even after the restaurant literally made the order and is just waiting to be pick up.

I ordered through the app and the order was placed 0.8 miles from my house, I paid, the tracker said that the order had already been delivered so I called because I still hadn’t received anything, i called them 3 times, and they just said: “hello, thanks for calling Dominos, I’ll put it on hold” and so it took about 10 minutes each time I waited, I called back and after 9 calls they told me that they canceled my order because even though they are my closest domino they can’t come to drop off the pizza because my area, which is 0.8 miles, 7 minutes driving, IS NOT IN THEIR AREA, and they told me that after 2 hours waiting and 9 calls and everything was already payed

Don’t ever order from here terribly rude and proceeded to scam me. Never delivered my order and when calling after they hear this they will continuously put you on hold. Save your money and time. Dominos needs to shut this location down PERMANENTLY!

Jimmyah is very unprofessional, don’t have customer service skills. Jimmyah shouldn’t be working at a restaurant serving food on the phone. Her ethics is pure made for a construction worker. Worst service ever, I made an online order for a two topping pizza (ham and pineapple) and I received a cheese pizza only. I called the store and they put me on hold for ever just after I told them what happened. I called again and they refused to pick up the phone again.
