Where is the option for NO stars…..ordered 3 pizzas for pickup and waited an additional hour at the store because they were “busy”. Asked for a refund as I was unwilling to wait any longer and manager (who wouldn’t even speak to me directly) told the cashier “I don’t have time for this, just give him his money.” Her name is MS NURSE and she was extremely rude as well as the rest of the staff. My 7 year old son even asked me why they were so nasty. I had a hard time explaining to him what happened, but will NEVER order from this location again. From the top down, a bad manager has ruined this store. Thanks for reading.

This dominos promised us credits after our pizza was delivered like it had been dropped in a puddle and kicked across the street. not even exaggerating, the pizza was all over the top of the box and the grease was everywhere. they told us to give them our number and that when we use that number credits will be applied and they keep hanging up on us.

There should be a way to give a review without a star. Because this location shouldn’t even get one star. I placed my order at 12:40 and received my delivery at 3:30. It’s pizza for godness sake. On top of the ridiculous extreme delay my soda was missing. I called and was told it would be delivered. Unbelievable and beyond unprofessional to deliver the soda 2 hours after the 3 hours late pizza arrived.

I ordered online, the order was ready in about 10 mins- nice and fast, 1 simple “Brooklyn Style” medium pizza. I may be a little picky but I think if you see a pizza come out of the oven and it looks like this just remake it. “ where did the toppings go? They just flew off? The customer shouldn’t have to check the pizza before leaving just for you to say “sometimes it happens” and “ using a new dough” . I stated “ I would like it remade. After about 3 mins talking with the cashier and cook about how the pizza looks, I decided to just keep it. Then they insisted on a credit and that they could remake it ‍♀️ Did I not already request this??? IF IT LOOKS LIKE THE PHOTO RIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN JUST REMAKE IT!!! I’ll take a break from dominoes for now, it’s been a while since I’ve had it, I’ll put them on another hiatus after this.
