This is my second time ordering at this location. I’ve been to much much worse locations. As for my experience today I enjoyed this pizza as much as I did the first time I ordered here. I would prefer a more respectful workplace, especially when there are customers present. It doesn’t make me feel respected or valued as a customer to overhear such personal informality. However, I cannot deny although the service wasn’t stellar; the pizza was VERY GOOD. Please work on better customer service. Good job on delivering a good product.

I wish to give you 0 stars because of your service at this location. I ordered using the app at 6:53 p.m., and according to the tracking tool, my order was being prepared and was supposed to be ready between 7:04 and 7:14 p.m. It was a pickup. My husband arrived at 7:16 p.m. but my order was not ready, not even ready-made. The team who works at this location does not use gloves, so forget about health care policy. My order was ready at 7:44 p.m. without any of my specifications because they add black olives when I said NO, pepperoni, and pineapple in both when I just bought for one.

store is 5 minutes down the street from me, waited two hours for two sandwiches and store would not pick up the phone. order arrived 3 minutes before they closed and i got one sandwich not even the one i ordered and an order of lava cakes instead of a second sandwich. trash

I placed an order, I received an email with a cancellation and to call the store. I called and I was on hold for 30 min and no one answered. I decided to go in person to find out what happened, then I found the store empty with no customer, the manager was outside talking to someone, there was 1 employee inside. I tried to deal with the manager and I tried asking her what happened to my order and she was very nasty and rude with an attitude. She got in her car and left with no answer and left me outside without any explanation. Then I tried to call the person inside the store which she looked like a white Spanish person and she ignored me and she nodded her head that she wasn’t going to answer my call. So, the main point is this store is suppose to be closed or replace all the staff. And I will never ever will make another order to this store. They do this because they don’t own the store but the owner is loosing money and at the same time loosing customers. OPEN your eyes and DO NOT waste your money or time in this store, the customer service did horrible. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. If the owner is counting on this manager he’s going to have to fire her. I hope things change and I can eat dominoes pizza again.

I was supposed to cook today but other things happened so I was searching for something quick, fast, and cheap. I placed an order via app for a medium pizza and the carbonara pasta without bacon while I was on broward Blvd and 95. I took my time driving to this location made a couple stops along the way. I kept watching the tracker so I would know not to arrive too early. I almost thought it was broken because it was in the preparation stage for the longest. By the toke I reached the restaurant it was in the oven. So I sat and waited until the tracker moved to ready. I set it go car side pick up. An associate brought the order out almost immediately. Will definitely return. First time having their pasta which I enjoyed although it was better the next day.

The worse customer service ever! Waited 15 minutes for a pizza that was on the rack! The manager said if we don’t want to wait then go to Papa John’s! I will take your advice and get the service a customer supposed to get when spending there money.

This is the worse dominoes ever and should NEVER hire people with bad customer service skills. The delivery driver was rude and insulting and whoever the manager was didn’t care. If you don’t want to do your job, stay home.

The driver that delivered my food what’s good at his job but I found something foreign in my food that look like a Band-Aid and I called in to report it and the woman that answered the phone said we don’t wear Band-Aids and hung up the phone with a rude attitude so I drove down there the other guy he looked at it and told me that it was the cardboard table but I took pictures if I can post pictures I would but I never eaten Domino’s in I could have been Mr Domino’s itself a bad attitude is what’s going to make them lose their business
