Got our two pizzas and the entire middle half of the pizza was raw and it seemed like a dough was not even cooked. It was soggy and it stuck to the cardboard box. We had to recook both pizzas in our air fryer. We’ve ordered from this Domino’s before and have been very happy but tonight was a complete disaster. Whoever is cooking these pizzas needs to be fired like yesterday

If I could leave less star’s I would. I placed an order at 11:16am & my pizza was ready for delivery at 11:27am I received my delivery after 1:30pm. The food was cold as it has been out of the oven for 2 hours & half of my order is missing. I called the store & spoke to someone at 11:57am & was told they only have 1 driver & my order would be sent out as soon as they got back. Half hour later I called again when I was notified my pizza was out for delivery & it would be 45+ minutes before it was delivered. I was informed the driver would be here in 15 minutes that he was coming straight here that was at 12:30ish., but my delivery was not first or even 3rd it was in fact last & arrived an hour later. I watched the delivery tracker as the driver delivered a pizza in my neighborhood & then went back north & completed 5-6 other deliveries before driving nonstop to get here… Almost makes you think he was told to do our delivery last. It is now 2:20pm I have been calling the store since 1pm & no one is answering. My office typically orders pizza for a large group of people a few times a month & this was our first & last experience with dominos. I am glad we were only placing a small order today. If this store can’t handle 2 pizzas, I would hate to see them try to handle the 20-25 pizzas we order for the entire office building. After holding with the customer service line for 40 minutes I finally reached someone & they have been very helpful so far but as far as this store the service on the phone & delivery are terrible. I do not recommend.

This dominos just ruined our night for no reason. We ordered our meal at 11. We are five minutes away. We are in the hotel having a time for my girlfriends bday. And randomly they let us know they’ve cancelled our order for no reason, ignored all calls, and then also robbed her free pizza using her points and kept the points ! I really don’t understand why competence and delivering on your job is such a hard thing to ask for nowadays.

We were staying at a hotel less than two miles away and it took over 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. We ordered a BBQ chicken small pizza, a sandwich, and stuffed cheesy bread. The sandwich never showed up and the pizza was made incorrectly. All of the food was lukewarm upon arrival. We were trying to call the store while waiting to get updates/cancel our order, but they never answered. We were starving and ate the food, but deeply disappointed in this Domino’s! I wish we would’ve read the reviews!!

After the terrible storm and flooding on Wednesday, my workplace wanted to try to order pizzas for those of us who worked during the storm. There was ONE (1) employee, a young girl, working the entire store by herself. I don’t even know her pay but she definitely does not get paid enough. The food was still the delicious and consistent quality despite how hard she was working all alone. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!

I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to work well, but in the last few weeks, they keep on messing up every single time. Last time, I ordered delivery, and after two hours, I canceled the order, and today, I ordered and tried to pick it up, and after one hour, I left the store empty handed. It’s just terrible… only one guy is making pizza, and the rest of the employees are somewhere in the back doing nothing. It’s very, very, very bad. Nothing short of a waste of time.

Ordered a pizza because I had enough points for a free pizza. Ordered some bread bites also. The bread was edible, the pizza wasn’t. It looked old, it was stale and cool. It was so stale, they couldnt cut it. I tried to cut it! Wasnt happening.
