Got there at 12:45am – the clerk asked if I was picking up. The Adv states the store closes at 2am. Staff refused to serve me after I drove 8 miles here because the advertisement says they close at 2am and delivery stops at 1am. He continued to say they were closed and the store hours listed were incorrect. The door was open, and I walked right in. When I asked for a coupon for a free pizza for my inconvenience, one older guy laughed in my face. Rude!!! They were not even trying to be accommodating. Kept saying the store was closed, yet I was standing inside the store. Ugh!!!

The delivery driver didn’t follow my instructions, he brought me the wrong salad, and the cheesesteak sandwich was gross (see the picture). They get 2 stars because of how quickly they refunded my money.

I placed and paid for an order yesterday to have 6 pizzas delivered at noon to my son’s school for a pizza party. When the pizzas didn’t show up, at 12:15 I called Domino’s and had to go through their automated system and finally got transferred to someone at the store. I asked where the pizzas were and he said he thought the order was for tomorrow. I said no, they are for today and there are 20 kids that have no lunch that are waiting for their pizza party. He said both of his drivers were out and he could not make the pizzas for me. He said he could have the pizzas for me the next day. I asked him if he is going to give them to me tomorrow for free as that is no help for me today. He said no he could not do that and then I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager on shift and all he could do is give me a refund, with no care or apology, which was no help to me or the hungry kids. What poor customer service Domino’s Pizza has. I called Tomaso’s pizza immediately after and they had 4 pizzas ready for me to pick up 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, the kids missed eating pizza on their lunch hour but their teacher let them eat it in the room. Save yourself the disappointment and order your pizza from someplace other than Domino’s.

Pizza was great for a couple years, but they are back to the cardboard crusts.. Last week I went to order 2 “$6.99” pizzas and after tip it would have been OVER $40 FOR 2 PIZZAS, NO DRINKS OR DESSERTS!!!!! So we went out to a local pizza place and after it was all done I spent less than $40 for a nice pizza and a great experience. You’re still a fast food chain so act like it!
