I wish I could leave zero stars. What the heck happened to ANY Customer Service? I placed my order for pick up, the manager on duty was from another location (this absolved him of any and everything), he was doing some sort of paperwork/training at the register. He was not nice at all!

>Disgrace of the Dominos Name< The delivery service was great, but I give a one star because the food quality was trash. - To expand on this, I worked for Dominos for 8 years. This is supposed to be a "Cheesy bread" It's 33% plain bread, which is NOTHING like it should be, and I paid more for this than I would at the company I worked for.

I put in an online order everything went smoothly. It was taking a while to get here so I checked the tracker. The driver was outside I kept trying to look out the door to see if he was outside my office but I didn’t see anyone. Then I saw him drive away on the tracker. So I called the store and right from the start the person who answered the phone was rude. he said did you call the driver I said no can you do that I am currently at work and he continued to argue with me about contacting the driver on the app. I dont have the app I ordered through the website. I told him all I want is my food the address was correct he double-checked it. I asked to speak to a manager and he said we are speaking right now and refused to put a manager on I asked him the manager’s name he said I could find it online. He refused to give a name then he said John doe being really disrespectful. At this time I did not trust my food and had to cancel my order because the person on the other end did not seem to be trustworthy. I can’t believe you would have such a low life working in customer service. So now I don’t have dinner and its too late to order any more. I hope dominoes makes this right because as of right now they lost a customer.

Terrible service. Ordered online and had an eta of 30 mins. I called after 45 and spoke with an associate. They stated my order was still at the store and they didn’t know when I would get it. They stated all their drivers were out and the would deliver when they could. The person I spoke with could care less that I elected to cancel my order as opposed to wait for who knows when. Will continue to order from papa John’s. I guess this is why I never choose dominos.

This must be the worst Dominos store. I reserve critical reviews for when the problem persists over multiple visits and occasions. I have experienced poor service or inaccuracies in the order at this location three times. The first time was a carry out order in which add on items were charged but not provided to me. The second time was also a carry out order and the “tracker” stated the order was ready, yet staff said the pizza had not even been made yet. The order was not ready for another 30 minutes, it was very fresh though 😉

Domino pizza is very good. But I’m always concerned about cleanliness. The cashier who was taking the money had a very dirty hands. After he got the money didn’t wash his hands and went to the kitchen and was touching the tables.
