Normally always great food. Last time ordered a pan pizza which, I normally always like but its never cheesed to the crust like it describes. My last one was excellent and made just perfect. Now I will say, the last time I ordered the parm bites it normally comes with 32, this time it was pretty short as you can see by the picture. A bit disappointing when 4 people wanted some.

The pizza here has been amazingly on point lately, however when pizza was failed to be delivered today, I had the worst experience with someone who claimed to be the “Manager” Carlos (he’s not the manager). Extremely unprofessional, rude and very offensive And refused to give me the District Managers name and number claiming to not know it all whilst muttering rude and offensive statements under his breath while supposed looking for what should have been HIS boss’s name and number.. He put me on hold and never returned.. Pizza showed up after stating it had been delivered 15 minutes prior… Driver gave me the MANAGERS name and number Sequan who was very pleasant, informed me that Carlos is a training SHIFT LEAD!!! Lord help that store if that’s the only employee worthy of being a shift manager.. Thanks for the offer of free pizza Sequan, but the refund for the returned order will be sufficient!! And Kudos to whoever has been prepping the pizzas (even if it’s Carlos)..

I normally don’t order from Domino’s and did last week…. My kid’s and I waited an hour for our food to come and when it arrived it was cold no sauce in our pasta the cheesy bread was over cooked(to dark almost taste burnt) the only thing that was really edible was the cheese steak and it was OK…..I called and left a message with the manager he said he would replace the pasta i told him we didn’t like the pasta.. he took my name down and said he will put it to the side. I called today to place my replace order and spoke to a different manager CHRIS which he was very RUDE over talking me, not letting me explain what happened, talking to me like my a child, telling me he sees my order and it didn’t say anything about replacing i said well who was the manager on duty that day it should say….he then went on to tell me SEVERAL of times he knows how to run his store while yelling at employee’s in the background then turns around and tell me well ill give you two items but your gonna have to come pick it up I explained to him that i am unable to then he says well you gone have to pay the $4.99 delivery fee and take care of my driver if i do this for you and was rushing me with my order…. i ordered and immediatly cancelled before i could even say anything else he hung up in my face the WORST $35.00 I’ve ever spent and I WON’T return!!!!! P.S. He told me i should of order my food a week ago! (How Rude) by the time it was all said and done we ate noodles for dinner i”m very dissapointed!

Order placed & taken, patiently waiting called about delay, then told my area is not in the zone. Not informed previously which I should have, as they are aware of such when orders are placed/ address given/technology. All the sudden she knew though. Order placed/received by the same person that stated wrong zone with no accountability/apology for the mistake that occurred on her watch. Just hung up the phone.

I went to pick up a medium hand tossed cheese pizza with garlic crust and extra sauce. I receive the thinnest pizza from dominos I’ve ever seen, damn near no sauce, no garlic. I waited twenty minutes past the estimated time it was supposed to be done, i literally watched the dumb tracker say “double checking the order to make sure it’s perfecto” and this is what I’m given. I’ve had quite a few similar experiences at this particular store. I’m not ordering from here anymore. I’ll stick with the clearwater store or papa johns.
