This is by far the worst dominos I have ever bought from. The delivery usually takes over an hour and a half if not longer despite living less than 5 minutes away. The food arrives like warm and half the time is missing items. If they are aware food is going to take so long then don’t say it’s going to be 30-45 min and arrive with the pizza 2 hours later. Using carry out it is usually better but is still often below par (picture is of a carry out pizza). I have given them many tries at different times of day but they almost always disappoint. They seem to be understaffed but this should not be an excuse for years on end. This store needs attention from corporate.

They don’t answer the phone, mark your pizza as ready after an hour and then when you show up they tell you they haven’t even started it yet and give attitude. Went to the other close dominos and it was done in like 20 minutes and they were actually nice when we walked in the door.

Place has definitely gone downhill. The late night team is severely lacking in basic manners. Its a shame this place was consistent until it wasn’t. If you want food that is over an hour late with no communication on the ridiculous wait times. I live 5 minutes away, I would have happily picked it up. Order delivery at your own risk!

I’ve been going to a different location just dealing with disappointment after receiving my order. I decided to try a different location this evening and I’m definitely one full happy satisfied Domino’s Pizza lover. After reading a few reviews, I assumed my order would be just another disappointment. WELL….IT WASN’T!!! I RECEIVED IT QUICKLY, THE DELIVERY GUY WAS NICE AND FUNNY, MY ORDER WAS FRESH, HOT AND THE PRESENTATION WAS ON POINT…. ALL OF IT WAS JUST PRETTY… LOL…I’M SO SATISFIED. I will definitely be spending my money with them. NO MORE “OTHER” LOCATION FOR ME…

1 star after the customer service. The food was good but the lady on the phone asked if we wanted sauce and we confirmed, yes 2 garlic sauce. When our order came there was no sauce, we then called the delivery driver he said they were on the box. After checking outside several times and finding no sauce we called our driver 3 times and he didn’t answer any of our calls. We then called the store and they immediately answered with “we are closed” and I told them I had a delivery and was missing sauce and they repeated my order back to me immediately knowing exactly who I was, and told me there was no sauce on the order. Then why did the delivery driver lie? He told me the sauce was on the box… which is it? It’s fine if there was no sauce noted on my order but I’m confused as to why the delivery driver lied?!?!?

As far as Domino’s Pizza goes this was a great experience. It’s Dominos, y’all know what you’re getting when you order. It’s low prices, easy interactions and convenient. Our food turned out great. If you want Italian food then look elsewhere this isn’t what they are selling, however, if you’re ordering at Domino’s, let’s be real folks, you already know what you’re getting.

I have been on hold for over 35 minutes. I placed my order at 10:30PM, it is now almost midnight. I will be turning the delivery driver away with my Door Dash in on hand, and my phone in the other hand as it plays the Domino’s on-hold jingle.

Worst dominos around. Employees very rude and will cancel your order after you already waited over a hour and it still said 45 on the delivery tracker when I live 5 min away. I would’ve just gone to the store and picked it up if I new it was going take over 2 hours to get a pizza that was 5 min from me absolutely ridiculous
