I would give this 0 stars if I could. What an awful experience. Firstly, the woman on the phone was unable to comprehend the fact my credit card was Canadian and after giving her my postal code 3 times…she continuously asked me for a zipcode. She finally gave up trying and asked me to pay cash.

Unfortunately I’m unable to give a ZERO star, I paid for delivery that took forever, then it’s delivered gave her a cash tip. I open the box ad the pizza was cold and cheese was stuck to the box. Then they tell me it would be 45min to remake the order when I should have been prioritized since I ordered first and it was damaged. But NOOOO that didn’t happen. I picked up my pizza and wings that were remade and the “manager” said he could not give me my delivery fee back. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DELIVERY FEE WHEN I’M PICKING UP A REMAKE??? PLEASE ANSWER THAT? HOW ABOUT A DISCOUNT ON THE PIZZA? NOPE NOTHING…. Not even a future credit. I will no longer be ordering from with Domino’s, it’s not the money it’s more the purpose…. p.s the cheese side was for my daughter and she was even disappointed

Sunday August 13th 2023, 12:05. I came to order some pizzas for pick up and the lady in charge( 42-45 years old white lady) treated me super bad since i walked in. Talked to me really ugly and wanted to charge me 19 dollars for a medium pizza. I asked her why so expensive and in a very rude way she turned her computer screen towards me and said: “ you look at the screen yourself, dont have time for you””. I dont understand if she is racist or just uneducated and rude but she continued talking ugly to me. I am not coming to this place anymore and I recommend that if you are not white, do not walk in to this store, or you will be treated like trash for no reason.

Worst domino’s experience ever. My sister and I ordered food at 9:15pm we ordered we ordered 4XL pizzas and wings which added up to over $125 and we didn’t get our food until 11:31pm 30min before they close. The food looked like it was sitting for over an hour in the driver car. The driver said he know he wasn’t going to get a tip once we started complaining how long he took and how horrible the food looked. We call the Manger on duty that night asked to get a refund and he acted like he couldn’t refund us so I asked for the district manager phone number and he said he is the general manager and that he owned the store, so I went up there with the food and had to call the police to try to file a report so I could get my money back. The guy got mad and told the officer he would talk to him but he wanted me out of the store while he talk to him because I was trespassing. I’m standing here with 4 boxes of pizzas and four 10 piece wings trying to return the food and I’m trespassing. The photos below are pictures of the food and the Manger of the guy who said he own the store and there was no district manager. You can also see the officer in there. DO NOT ORDER HERE and the Domino’s Corp need to fire this guy.

Should have read the reviews before I went it. Lacking any hygiene standards. No one was wearing gloves or hairnets. Will never buy from here again. And also will double check review of any dominos I order from. Earlier I just trusted the brand..no more

I ordered my food around 8:47pm through the Domino’s App. The delivery driver left the store at 9:13pm and was supposed to arrive around 9:25pm. Around 9:35pm the Domino’s app said my order was delivered. I didn’t receive my pizza until 10:15pm. I only order one pizza and it arrived cold. With my pizza I had 1 piece of a cookie brownie left inside the box that I didn’t order. That’s disgusting. Never ordering from this Domino’s again.

Store closes at 1am ordered 11:30pm got all the notifications like “Order recieved, In the oven, quality check, your driver Robert is on the way” 20 minutes later then cancels my order as they were in route to my house. Then informs me to call the store at 12:30 but they turned the phones off.
