Been ordering from the North Fort Myers location for a year since moving to the area, go online, choose delivery, it tells me this location is my delivery location as always, place order, send, receive order confirmation, bank account gets charged and then I get a text 10 minutes later telling me my order was cancelled by them.

This location is the best!! Once again this is one of the most nicest competent Domino’s team that I’ve ever seen when using the app I accidentally chose pick up without hesitation and before I can ask he was already willing to bring it to me his name is Ali. he’s come to our home multiple times has always been very friendly kind courteous He’s been here during the most severe thunderstorms and still came upstairs to make sure we had our food on time! Pizza is usually made with care and is delicious, that being said a couple times it wasn’t very satisfactory where you could obviously tell whoever made it prioritized making it fast over making sure a quality pie went out the door but such employees and obviously quickly thrown together food just seems to happen at some point at any establishment that serves food. But overall I’ve had more good experiences than bad ones at this particular store and never anything bad enough to stop eating there. But when it’s made right it is very good pizza.

The food quality was ok for a chain pizza place. The real problem here is the understaffing and very long wait times. We placed a curvside order and still waited an hour after the app said it was ready. I went in twice to check on the order, and the young man working was very apologetic. The third and final time I was treated by a rude, brash, uncarring, and dismissive girl that almost seemed to find it entertaining that customers were upset. I hope to find a pizza restaurant that my kids will eat, so I can avoid going back.

My wife and I both delivered pizza for Domino’s from 1983 to about 1989 in Fort Myers when Bob Bigelow owned most of the franchises in Lee County. Actually, my whole family worked there. Domino’s holds a special place for us in our life, fun times, fun people, and making great money. We have slowly been ordering less and less over the years because of a decline we’ve seen in overall quality of the products and service. I have to congratulate you because for the first time in a long time, something tastes the way I remember it tasting! It brought back all those great memories of the food and fun we used to have. And we were absolutely thrilled with the cinnamon twirl desserts and apple pie dip! Keep up the great work!
