I usually love the handmade pan pizza from Dominos. It’s always delicious and they are very fast with the delivery but twice I’m asking them to bake the pizza more because the dough is not cooked and it just come the same way like before. Guys if you are willing to bake them more they will be perfect! I don’t get how you send the food like that..

I got food from here two days ago (boneless chicken and pizza) my son and I got SALMONELLA POISONING. I work in the medical field, I’m very familiar with the signs and symptoms. I simply asked for a refund for the food since we threw any leftovers away the next day (obviously). I talked to the GM named Richie, who said the best he could do was to give me a credit…..for more food. No offense, but I definitely don’t want anymore food from this place. My son and I were extremely sick, like very sick. I can handle it, but to see my 16 month old son suffering was not ok. And two days later, he’s still exhausted and has gotten sick multiple times. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure they are held accountable. I don’t normally take this approach, but when it comes to a child….my child….yeah, I’m definitely going to let everyone know. I don’t want this happening to anyone else’s kiddo.

Your driver with the little white car ,with a little four-door white car really needs to learn how to drive. I have my kids in the car and they are tailgating and whipping around people in traffic behind me and almost hit me on the way to your store. With a big Domino’s sign on the top of the car even. Shame.

Service was terrible Manager hung up twice on me my pizzas came wrong for the second time I always order at the same store and always get the same bad service I don’t know why but the manager always treats us with bad customer service we always buy two or three times a week from the same store on rattlesnake! A simple order of 2 pizzas medium thin crust with ham nd bacon and they sent two hand tossed pizzas with pepperoni witch has nothing to do with what I asked for !!! This is the second time this happens and the se find time they keep ha going up on us every time we call!! Had to contact manager from radio road store to call them and fix my order!!
