I am very mad. I ordered from store #3237 i was tracking the delivery, and it said delivered, but i never received my food. I am very sure that the delivery person never came to my house., because i was outside in my porch and no car came to my driveway. I called the store and spoke to the general manager and she was very rude and did not let me talk., talking over me. She called her driver and she said that she had been to my house but needed a gate code. Which i dont have a gate in my house. She went to sw instead of nw. And all she said was she could send the driver again but will need to wait 45 min because they were backed up. Now i have to eat a cold pizza that i have waited for 1 hour and half. Very mad.

I placed an order online for two pizzas, one of them with Alfredo sauce. They called me 2 minutes later to tell me that they were out of Alfredo sauce and offered me the alternative sauces. After letting them know the sauce I wanted, I waited for an hour and checked the status on the tracker and it said it was ready, just being inspected for quality and ETA was 2 min. Well 10 mim went by and no pizza yet. Called the store and waited for 10 minutes for someone to answer with no success. After calling a second time and waiting some time again, I got someone on the phone and they mentioned they were short of deivers and staff, that’s why it was taking longer and that my order will be delivered next by the next available driver. They even offer to refund the delivery charge if I went and picked up the pizzas myself (the least they could do). Needless to say, the pizza arrived 2.5 hrs later, it had been sitting at the restaurant for a while… I just wish they could’ve mentioned they were running behind when they first called me about the sauce or call me when they realized they were too busy. Horrible experience. Kids had to go to bed with no pizza as promised 🙁

We’ve been ordering pizza from this place for roughly a decade. The kids are usually satisfied with the typical Domino’s pizza, but I don’t eat pizza much. Super happy they now have gluten free dough & it was better than what we paid at a fancy place in Tampa. The crust was this, crispy, tasty, not doughy or greasy, & leftovers held together.

I think you really need to train your delivery people on customer service. This is the second time I’ve had this encounter with Gustavo (delivery driver). Both times he has an attitude about delivering our food and both times he continuesly asks for a tip during the interaction. Even after I tell him that we tipped on the mobile device when we ordered. I really hope your establishment isn’t teaching your drivers to act in this manner. He didn’t even take the pizza out of the warmer bag, he made me do it myself and continued to ask for a tip. He legit asked at least 6 times during this last delivery.

Sent wrong order. I caught the driver before he left and he said he will be right back. OK stuff happens no worries. That didn’t bother me. I was starving but hey, that didn’t bother me. I called the store straight away and gave them a heads up so they can get my order made. Well I guess it was already made because the driver was back quickly but my food was cold. Obviously they sent out the wrong order and mine was just sitting there and then brought to me cold. Driver took the original order delivered to me with him. Not sure where that went but I was the one that got cold pizza and wings. I should have eaten the first pizza, at least it was hot. Never again.

There is a reason that I haven’t ordered Domino’s in years and tonight reminded me of why. I ordered a 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pep and when I received my pizza it was not hot, by any means, the cheese side was mostly air bubbles with no cheese, no garlic on the crust, and my cinnamon sticks looked like they had been just thrown in the box. They were mostly bread sticks with all of the cinnamon in the bottom. I also ordered 2 garlic sauces just in case they forgot it on the curst (because they normally do) but received 2 ranch sauces. I was able to eat on 1/2 of my pizza due to most of it wasn’t edible. I am now left still hungry so my pizza night in has turned in to me cooking. They could give me all of the “frees” they wanted, if its not edible its garbage anyway.

I was asked by the one nice guy that i tip p good to leave a review. But ngl idk what he expected, all of his co workers are, idek man. Trash tbh. I would say worse but im trying to be coolin. They tried treating me like lesser ima just say. I by no means think im greater than anyone, but for me to ask a simple question n get treated like that is crazy. Idc what type day they had, im always coolin n respectful. Everytime they try playin w me i brushed it off. I can honestly say tho my previous visit was def my last.
