We ordered a pizza through the app, it took an hour just for it to start being prepared. It had been under “quality check” for nearly 45 minutes. It then took another hour for the delivery. On top of all that, when I called the place they put me on hold, and when finally someone came to the phone they hung up. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Horrible service. Pizza is cold. Ask manager to fix the problem and refused. Bonita Springs Domino’s Pizza needs to do better. Save your money don’t shop at this store. Contacted corporate to express concern and never heard back.

There rude and there feisty and when I called them, they were rude and they hung up when I was trying to make a decision of my order because for some reason I wanted she got mad at us because I was trying to make an order and I was getting confused because she kept saying different prices and I only wanted my pizza

So ordered the sandwiches and they were what I’ve come to expect not incredible but edible. On a whim I ordered the bread twists with cheese that based on the picture looked like it would be fluidish like a dipping cheese. INSTEAD I get 1/4 inch of greasy burned cheese in the bottom of a baking tin for 9 dollars. Very disappointed- take it OFF THE MENU, it’s almost a scam
