$22.06 pizza and they didn’t put the ingredients on the pizza. I called and they told me that they would send it for an hour and it didn’t arrive and I called again and they hung up on me. I think it’s not fair that they don’t refund me either my money or send me a pizza like the one I wanted. I had always bought in that place and I never had a situation like this and the problem that they do not help you or answer for their mistake.

Had a mix up with my order the first time, but they handled it quickly and remade my pizza perfectly, and upgraded it to a large for free. The staff there were working very hard and had good customer service. Would recommend this store for carry out again.

Johan was amazing! I’ve never met a more friendly and quick and just so personable delivery guy, I’m pretty sure he was the manager and was short staffed and he was here in literally no time at all. We need more people like this in the world who no matter rhe circumstance always have a smile on their face and strive to make the customer service experience a spectacular one!!

This is my favorite pizza place in town. My favorite order – pan pizza – comes out perfect every time, the staff are friendly and when they deliver, it’s always speedy. I’m always impressed with how fast my dinner is baked and ready to go, and always delicious. Just ordered for the millionth time last night & another perfect pan pizza!

I called to explain the issues I had with my pizzas and every single time I went to say anything the manager would open his mouth and automatically refute what I was saying and not even hear me out. I did not want free pizza. I did not want my stuff replaced I just wanted him to know what was going on at his store, considering the fact that two of my pizzas were undercooked and Doughy and that one was made incorrectly. Overall, it was just a horrible experience and I will make sure to use my Domino’s closest to my house or another pizza place before I order from here again.

Was visiting in Sarasota and tried several pizza chains and each one took a great deal of time determining if they could deliver to my address…very aggravating! But Dominos had no problem and delivered on time. The pizza was very good, but could have been a bit hotter. However the traffic in this area is very heavy so no wonder.

I actually used to use this store often with no problems. But It’s been a few months.. I just ordered my food tonight at 730pm. We got all the way home after picking it up and realized our pizza was wrong. Called the store and was on hold for 15 minutes while driving back to the store with eventually no response. Then once we got there absolutely no one was making orders, taking orders, or literally even doing their jobs. Finally a young man came out and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Thinking it would only take 10-15 minutes to re-make the pizza. It was at 930pm when I finally said I want my money back and forget about anything else. The young man was extremely disrespectful again. Eventually, another gentleman came out gave me my refund and my pizza. This whole ordeal was a total of 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous! I will absolutely never return to this location, ever.

The pizza arrived hot and fresh, but the toppings seemed to have been applied by someone with a blindfold on. I mean, who puts pineapple and olives together? It was like a taste bud crime scene. Also, I have to say, the crust was a little on the cardboard side. It was like eating a piece of drywall with cheese on top. But hey, it was cheap and it filled me up, so I can’t complain too much. Three stars for Dominos – not great, but not terrible either.
