I would leave less if I could. I can see why this dominoes has such a low rating. The rather large gentleman who works there is extremely rude not taking my order when there was no one else in the store and the other female work was on her phone just standing around. After waiting 15 min to even order they would not take my money. I tried to pay with a $50 for $32 worth of food but they couldn’t break it. The change would have been less than $20. That’s ridiculous.

I ordered delivery & tracked it through the app. The delivery driver was on my road so I went outside. He was at the neighbors so I tried to flag him down but he went down the road to another house, got out the car got something out the passenger and then got back in. 45 mins & 3 store phone calls later. I found out he was on the way. When received, the food was not how I ordered it or what I paid for 1. What are these garlic knots ? & 2. I paid for extra of everything and didn’t even receive the bare minimum

Order is never right, takes twenty minutes plus to get someone on the phone. Have to go back to get order fixed and even then it’s messed up again. Just gone way downhill and not even worth going to anymore.

They were more stoned than me… the wings were awful, cheese bread un-cut, pizza very inconsistent and lackluster. Don’t even bother. There’s other options in town

Slow order — poor quality. I ordered via the app. When it said it was ready I went inside. I saw my pizza sitting at the “exit” of the oven. It sat for 15 minutes. It was marginal at best (see photo). Note the giant “bubble”

Just won’t to give a huge shout out to y’all tonight. I ordered 13 pizzas and two boxes of wings and y’all did an amazing job. The order was correct and just like I ordered it. You had all my stuff done in under 20 minutes. Thank y’all for your hard work!!!

I use the app to place all my orders. It works great for the most part. The issue I have is with the poorly trained staff. For example we just ordered 2 medium pizzas on the app. It will only let you order 1 at a time and get the coupon. So we had 2 separate orders. I get to the store to pick up and pay the young man says the total is 16 something each. I asked if he would add the totals together and I’d have to swipe my card once and he said he couldn’t. Now I have worked in a retail establishment and I know that you can add tickets and cash out one transaction. But here we go, each time the card is swiped it charges the business a certain amount. Domino’s had to pay this fee twice instead of once because of poor training. So much for trying to save them some money.

Ordered through the app 2 hours before my chosen delivery time of 5:30pm. Called the store at 6 and was put on hold by the automated system. I drove to the store at 6:45 while still on hold. I entered the store to find employees standing around while the phone rang. They asked if I had an online order and I told them I ordered through the app for a delivery at 5:30. I also told them I had been on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. The cashier informed me my order had not been made, even though the Dominoes Tracker said it was out of the oven and being Quality Checked. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to actually be cooked. When I got home, I discovered the Lava Cakes I ordered were still in the cooking tins and did not have any powdered sugar. This store used to be the best in town but has really gone downhill as of late.

Totally unsatisfactory delivery experience. Working from home, I decide to order Domino’s around 12:45pm. According to the Domino’s tracker, my order was out of the oven at 1pm. It’s lunchtime, so we expect a slight delay in delivery. We wait, and wait, and wait some more. At 1:45pm I try to call the store. The lame recording you have to listen to each time you call ends and the line goes dead as soon as it rings at the store. This happens multiple times. Finally, at 2pm a woman identifying herself as the manager answers. I ask about my order and she tells me (whines at me), that they only have one driver and that driver is only allowed to take one order at a time, but assures me my order is going out the door as we speak. Great. I’m hungry and unhappy, and now I know my order has been out of the oven for more than an hour – so I’m going to have to reheat it when it gets here. More waiting. Check the pizza tracker. It tells me my order left the store at 2:11pm, gives me an ETA of 2:27 – which sounds about right for a trip from Dominos to my house (if the driver is driving slow and cautiously). More waiting. Check the tracker again, now it says ETA is 2:30. Then 2:36. Then 2:41. By this point I know my pizza and sandwich are ice cold, and the Alfredo is going to be subpar. Driver didn’t even bother to knock or ring bell when my order finally got delivered – probably afraid of facing the customer – sometime around 2:45.

Domino’s pizza insurance is a joke. I ordered a Supreme and 12 boneless wings – online. Pizza was supposed to be half price when ordered online – they charged me full price. Email said I ordered at 6:48 PM w/ 25 – 35 min delivery – not bad. I sat on hold for 48 min to let them know they charged me full price – got cut off. Called back and got cut off again after 5 min. Called again and finally spoke to someone after waiting 15 min. I told them to cancel my order since it was after 8:15pm. I filed an insurance claim and was given the option of 60 pizza pts or 20% off my next order – what a joke. And, to add insult to injury, they still charged my card!! I spent 3 days trying to get someone to credit my card. This place is awful – stay away. Visit Papa Johns or Pizza Hut.
