Food showed up late and cold. I left the driver a review, then the manager called me with an attitude, sounded like a younger boy working there. He said he made the driver take 5 separate orders out for delivery (which they are definitely not supposed to do) and mine was the last stop. Just don’t waste your money at this location.

Here’s why we will no longer be Domino’s customers. It’s not the food, that’s great. We are in Arab Alabama. The local Domino’s was never a problem until last night. We placed our order and when the delivery guy came, he put the food downstairs and was just leaving. Didn’t make contact or let anyone know he was there. To boot, he placed the pizza on an end table I had just finished painting. It was sitting on cardboard so obviously it was being worked on. I held in my anger and just went back upstairs. My wife called and the female that always answers must have been told by the driver what had happened. The female hung up on my wife 3 times. My wife asked when a manager or the franchise owner would be in and was very rude and hateful. Terrible employees all around I guess. We will never order anything there ever again. This makes Domino’s look like they hire incompetent and hateful employees. I wish someone would do something about those two but I’m sure nothing will come of it.

Can’t seem to get the order right even put in special notes to run the wings through 2 times so they would be cooked all the way. I called just to make sure they got the memo and they read the instructions back and still the wings were under cooked

Every order I’ve gotten from this place has been very good: pizzas, tots, salads, sammies, pasta dishes, bread items, dips…. everything! Absolutely horrible service! Placed order at 6:17pm and never received order. Rep took all information at store level, front and back of my debit card, however order was never processed. when I call store to inquiry about order they called off all my information and stated not sure what happened. spoke with a female manager who refused to give name or resolve the issue stating to “call corporate she didn’t care.” The “said-to-be manager” was very rude and uncooperative! worst service ever experienced and doubt I’ll will ever consider this location for service as long as she is still there because someone got my information on my debit card and it’s very skeptical when the manager on duty refuses to give her name but the other associates can give me all information regarding my order that was never fulfilled. I pray for their sake I’m not charged or my card is not compromised. Corporate has been contacted and a reprimanded action of said manager will be pushed as this is unprofessional and not tolerated on any level. Location: Arab, Alabama
