I placed my order on the app. I arrived early and was going to wait in the lobby but the lobby was closed. No biggie. I went through the drive thru and the girl said it would be like 5 more minutes. Again no biggie cause I arrived earlier than the time of when the order would be ready. I waited and waited before the girl came back explaining that the pizza had gotten stuck in the pan and was missing a piece. They said that they were making another one for me. They really didn’t have to do that. So I waited for the 2nd pizza. Then another girl came to the window and told me that the pizza did it again. This time the pizza wasn’t as badly damaged and then she offered me a free soda. I wasn’t expecting any of that. They really didn’t have to do that. It was super sweet of them. So now instead of eating pizza for one or 2 meals I’ll be eating pizza for a few meals. Lol.

Tonight (08/23/22) I ordered from this location for the first time, and it was definitely a pleasant experience! I did a drive thru carry out order. The worker at the window was very friendly and really made sure I had everything I needed. The food was great, and the service was so fast. Thank you all so much! Everything was wonderful.

Order #68 tonight, 7-18-2022. I ordered a thin and crunchy crust pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese…the one that is supposed to be cut into squares. Picked it up and drove home which was MY MISTAKE. I should have opened the pizza in the parking lot. THIS is a regular crust pizza. I guess saying 3 times I wanted a thin crunchy crust that cut into squares did not mean anything.

With things the way they are my hopes weren’t high when I placed a pickup order for a Friday evening. My order was ready on time, and it exceeded my expectations in taste, quality and volume. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me in line, it was raining and the line moved as fast as a Chick-fil-A line! Excellent job Domino’s, I stopped eating here years ago and decided to try it again since you moved to Helena, I hope corporate compensates this store well so they remain this incredible. This is our go to pizza place in Helena. Very rarely our family can agree on one place. One kid loves their new pan pizza (taste like the old pizza hut pizza growing up!) Anotjer kid Original hand tossed and I like thin crust. Ordering on the app is easy and it is always correct and consistent. I usually pick it up at the drive through window and the app tells you what time to come. Hot and fresh. In my opinion it is the best “value” pizza places in Helena.

They must smoke the best weed in town. They are so high that they never get an order right the first time. If you want the pizza you ordered, then you have to go back or wait for them to try a second time. They will never put the right toppings on the first time. If it’s delivered, prepare to drive to the store to pick up the pizza you ordered. But if you only order the lava cakes, they can make those right the first time.

Dominos is awesome! Everyone is so nice and they have never gotten my order wrong. Last Saturday they were slammed, I was in my car watching through the window and they were working their hearts out. When the girl came out with my food, I gave her a tip and I could see her smile through her mask, she was so grateful. I was the grateful one, I didn’t have to cook dinner, and with the napkins, I didn’t have to wash dishes either!!!

Awesome staff! I can’t eat cheese so My pizza is always weird , recently I received a pizza that was a pretty burned ( more common without the extra cheesy layer but it was worse than normal) when contacting my local dominos about it they made sure to fix it right away! Everyone was super awesome and the replacement pizza was perfect . Y’all are doing a great job! Keep it up and thanks for keeping me fed during COVID .
