My husband ordered one of the specials. Two hours later I called to check on the order. The person on the phone said our order was being prepared. I pointed out that I had not given him a name. He said “it came up” with my cell phone number. I pointed out the phone I called on was not the cell the order was made on. It was stayed the delay was due to having one driver. Thirty minutes later (that’s 2 1/2 hours) the pizza arrived, cold with a soggy crust. My husband contacted corporate. We were emailed a 20% off coupon. Sorry, there will not be another order from this house.

Three times now I’ve ordered and 30 minutes later I get a phone call saying that it will be a minimum hour and a half more. Obviously they are having delivery issues. The one time I did wait 3 hours for pizza it was fantastic and the driver was so nice, but clearly pickup is the way.

Pizza was hot and the order was correct. When I arrived Elizabeth was taking my wings out of the oven. I asked if she could cook them a minute longer. She smiled said no problem….now I have fresh pizza and crunchy wings. Happy wife, happy kids, happy life!!!

Ordered from Domino’s in Leeds today. A pepperoni thin crust, a hand tossed Meatzza add bacon, a spinach and feta stuffed bread and Buffalo chicken bites. The pepperoni and chicken were right, the bread was missing the spinach and the Meatzza was missing the meat (except the bacon). I called a few hours after it arrived because we were playing in the pool and had company. I asked they refund the items that were wrong and was told since it was delivered over 3 hours ago they couldn’t, they could just remake it. We spent almost $80. Beware, their pizza isn’t worth $80, their customer service wasn’t worth the tip we left. Here is a picture of the Meatzza.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Tracker said order was ready at 611, got the at 622 to be informed my order was not ready. Did find out that two of the 4 were sitting there and also once I got home found that I had someone else’s order, so half of my pder was sent to someone else so they had to remake mine. The girl at the counter acted like it was a task to help me or anyone else that walked in. Once I finally got the pizzas and returned home, well Walmart deli pizza is better than this. Two of the 4 were burnt, the cheese bread was burnt on the outside and not done on the inside. Each pizza barely had any sauce at all on them, you could not see it or taste it. Just a very bad experience all over. I usually love Dominoes but this is ridiculous.

Placed on deliver order a couple of weeks ago, call line said my $16+ order was below the minimal for delivery so since I was at work with no food, I had to add in a sprite to even get my food. Food arrives, no sprite.
