I had a coupon for 2 large with 2 toppings for 5.99. I went in because my daughter only wants cheese so I wanted to see if I could get the other 2 toppings on this pizza. Worker said I had to order online. I ordered double sausage but she wouldn’t let me have the other 2 toppings and this is the double sausage. My son already ate a lot of it. I didn’t look when I picked it up. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be back to this location. That piece on the bottom has a piece and half of sausage on it. Double sausage!?!?

We live outside of the delivery area for this store. We ordered the pizza for pickup. When we arrived home, we found the two pizza’s that we ordered had uncooked dough in the center. The pepperoni had only three pieces of pepperoni. When we called the store, they made no effort to refund or credit.

Edit: I honestly don’t know how some of these reviews are less than 4 stars. I never have a problem when I get delivery but that’s just from my experience. What I get is always hot, delicious and accurate! I will truly miss this location once I move.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the store manager and she was very nice. She offered me a refund but couldn’t due to me using Apple Pay to pay for meal. She offered me a $20 credit for this location only. Called couple days later to place order and the manager honored her word. My order came to be a few dollars over but she took care of it due to me having previous problem. She was very nice & understanding about the situation.

Last 3 times I’ve ordered pizza they have charged me for the add on requests without actually adding any of the extras to the food. Last time I ordered thin crust and they sent hand tossed.

Dominos has lost our pizza business. True, it’s easy to order ( the app is super), delivery quick, and offers great discounts. But with all that, the cheese is flavorless and has a funny texture, sauce is sparse and flavorless, and crust has little flavor and interest.

Shay was so nice. The app dropped my order but I didn’t know until it was time to pick it up. I was pretty disappointed, but she took great care of me. She is a top notch businesslady and I’ll continue to bring mu business here. The driver was super nice too, even though he didn’t have to deliver to us.
