Called the store and asked for the manager to inform them how impressed I was and stated that I would be placing another order in minutes. Customer service is good. Young man at the counter is very friendly. But needs to be advised by management to keep his fingers out of his mouth. He was biting his nails while taking orders. Again, very friendly but needs to he more conscious of hands, mouth and handling food.

I live a 3minute or less drive from Domino’s, it took 40 minutes for delivery and my mushroom pizza was cold , What the heck people , You pay for for delivery and tip up front , man hands over pizza and splits , not the first time

The pizza was awful, there were barely any meat and the crust was like they had blown up a inner tube. If I had not been hungry I would have taken it back to them, but I can say the sweet was delicious. It makes me think twice about coming back.

I have come here many times, last few times the GM which is a short black guy (who always has ashy lips and a horrible attitude) is there. As he closed the window he said I was rude because I tapped on the window with my finger nails. Thing is he looked at me several times and instead of coming to the window to say I’ll be back or give me a min he never did. I ask what’s his problem with me. everytime I come he acts as though I’m a issue. He then gets smart and throws his name and title, I don’t care who you are but every customer deserves to be treated right. Then he is like I have to get back to work, can I get back to work. You the GM you can do whatever you please sir.

1 star only because day shift is usually efficient. However anytime after 7pm the service usually is unexplainably unacceptable. Not only is service unreasonably slow, your food is usually cold by the time it makes it to your door step. The delivery drivers are usually nice, but the individuals working inside of this location are rude, unprofessional, and careless. Today our food was ordered at 8:17. (Estimated delivery time 20-30 mins) We received notification from the app at 8:33pm that our order was going through quality check. At approximately 9:12 we called the store to make sure everything was ok and that we had not missed the delivery driver. While speaking to the rep he stated our order was complete and waiting to be delivered, but couldn’t give any other explanation on why it had no been sent out for delivery as of yet. I requested to speak to General manager, which he comes on line with a simple hello, not how can I help you or even a simple greeting of his name which I later identified as John O, or at least that’s what he told me. To be the GM running a whole location this rep should be completely knowledgeable of customer service and genuinely caring how his store location is perceived to the public. Instead John was extremely rude, nonchalant, and arrogant. Not one did he show an inch of empathy for this stores poor customer service. I also requested owners name and/or phone number which he stated he could not provide. As an owner of a restaurant (popular restaurant) you should always leave options for your customers who spend great money at your location to at least be able to contact you even if it’s via email! How my frustration is not with the owner since I am more than positive he is unaware how these individuals run his location. To wrap up this review I would just like to kindly state for loyal customers who spend at least 250-300 monthly at your location we should at least be able to be served my individuals who actually care when it comes to customer service. It is now 9:44 and our order is yet to be delivered!!!
