I often order from Domino’s in the Tennessee valley- Fayetteville, Huntsville, Pulaski, and when I travel for work, so I’m fairly familiar with the menu and ordering. I was in Athens the other night and thought I might pick up pizza on the way home so I decided to order my usual via smart phone. Imagine my surprise to find out that my usual order was $1.50 more a pizza using their 2 topping medium $6.99 pizza coupon at this location. I tried over and over again to get it to apply the coupon properly. Finally I just called to place my order thus negating my free pizza points. I was tired and hungry. The lady I spoke with informed me that my additional cost was due to either “premium meat” or change from basic pizza sauce to “premium sauce”. There is some fine print I’m sure somewhere that I couldn’t find on my phone for this additional charge, but it was not advertised obviously on the website to distinguish “premium” verses normal toppings or sauce. I guess you’ll find out when you check out. I’ve NEVER been charged extra for chicken or garlic Parmesan sauce and have never known Domino’s to have anything “premium”. Being exhausted I just ordered. I had the pizza on my lap while we drove home and when I got home noticed that the boxes left obvious grease in lines on my jeans where it leaked from the box. It was 10pm and as I had not eaten anything all day was ravenous and blew off the issue. Sat down to eat my dinner and imagine my surprise to find out one pizza had NO sauce and the other had so very little I couldn’t even taste the sauce but was able to possibly make it out in spots when I took apart my pizza. I order pizza from Domino’s specifically because I like THIS sauce. The cheese was obviously stuck to the crust and the pizza was incredibly dry. To think I was potentially charged EXTRA for something I didn’t even get, something Domino’s other locations in the area don’t charge extra for….. yeah, never again. I can say that the toppings were plenty (mind boggling considering the lack of sauce, though they didn’t skimp on the grease) and the staff I spoke with was very friendly and nice. Had I actually had sauce instead of grease….it might have been a good pizza for the price. Maybe that’s why they offered to sell me some “dipping sauce”…… I would have taken these back, but I live almost a hour away. Just very disappointment. 3 stars for topping and customer service. Minus 2 stars for the grease staining my jeans through the boxes and lack of sauce.

3 miles away. Placed an order for delivery at 6:31 and it didn’t arrive until 8:30 . The app said quality check started at 7:14. So I’m assuming my pizza sat there for a while before it was delivered. When it arrived it was warm, not hot. Taste like it sat for an hour. Cheese was hardening up. Horrible business to say 37-47 minutes for delivery and give your customer almost cold stale pizza after 2 hours.

Domino’s is my favorite major pizza chain, and this location serves food that is up to par. The service is somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes they get things out to you in great time. Others, not so much. I have waited over an hour after placing my order to get pickup here.

I rarely post any negative reviews, but I had to on this one. We live approximately 3-4 miles from the store. Only ordered pasta Alfredo. We ordered it at 8:20 on a Tuesday night. It took 1hour 40 minutes to get here! Checked the app around 9:15 and it said that it just got put in the oven. Did not receive it until 10:00

I ordered two pizzas, more than 2 hours later no food delivered. Called store for more than an hour, no answer. Called the ordering number, no help, they kept connecting me to the ordering number which I had already tries for an hour. Undeniable the absolute worst experience in many years. Extremely poor service, manager should be fired. Oh, the teaching app on the website said it was being made 2 hours ago but never baked. I will never…never call domino’s again.

I ordered from this dominos today, they have great employees and good customer service when calling in for ordering delivery. The one thing i wish they work on is on how long it takes for the food to be delivered to you. They said my food would be delivered in between 25-45 mins but it’s been about an hour or more since i have been waiting for it to arrive. No hate to dominos.

We ordered two pizzas as soon as they opened it said it was a 20 minute wait which was fine an hour passes no pizzas we call tell them we’re going to pick them up she said okay we’ll put rewards on y’all’s account if y’all have one and to give them 20 minutes so we did thirty minutes later we go to get them they still haven’t started our food at all twenty more minutes pass still no food now it’s been two hours and they tried telling us they now no longer see our order until we got ready to cancel it so we just canceled our food and had to go somewhere else..

I am giving this Domino’s a 1 star not because of the quality of food but because I live 4 miles from the store in a new build for a year and no one seems to want to help with updating their service area. I am told corporate has to do this but have tried reaching out to corporate with no response. Surely the owner would know how to reach corporate to keep continued business
