Ordered a pizza, and an hour later the pizza tracker hadn’t moved. So, I called the store twice to see what the issue was. The first time I held on for 10 minutes and no one answered. I called a second time to ensure it wasn’t just a busy issue. Still, no one answered. Called corporate to see how they will handle it. I have NEVER had an issue with any of the many Domino’s stores I’ve ordered from, EXCEPT this one.

ordered from them an hour and a half ago. tracker in app still says it’s being prepared, tried to call the store for an update but left on hold for 30 minutes. No shade to this franchise in particular. It’s a corporate issue that I’ve had with other franchises. One time I was on hold for 2 hours before going to the store to check on my order. They said they hadn’t been accepting calls due to excessive call volume. If corporate can outsource order calls to massive call centers then they can figure out a way to fix their phone system for people checking on existing orders. My sincerest condolences to anyone working at these understaffed stores. Whoever manages this region needs to hire more employees. Maybe if you paid your employees what they deserved, you wouldn’t have staffing problems and I wouldn’t be typing this ¯_(ツ)_/¯

This has to be the worst Domino’s. I wish I was rating it on the pizza but unfortunately my orders were cancelled by the store. After reading these reviews maybe it is actually fortunate that I didn’t get the pizzas. I placed a order Sunday, it was cancelled. I was already driving to the store so I didn’t find out until I arrived at the carry out window. So I tried to order a pizza again tonight, and guess what? It was cancelled by the store minutes later. I tried to call the store but no one answered the phone. Torn between calling in the morning to complain or ask if they are hiring. Because I also like to get paid to do nothing, I hate answering my phone, and sometimes I really don’t like cooking anything. I think I would be a great fit for this store.

The people who work here are super nice but the management has got to be just awful. The food is good but the wait time is god awful. Why does it take over an hour and a half for one pizza on a random tuesday?? Maybe hire more people? or pay better so you can actually staff more at this location. Madison is so popular, you would think this location would have a lot more work put into it.

They deserve minus 5 stars. They made me wait at the drive thru for 45 minutes and blatantly ignored me when I knocked on the window. When I tried to get their attention by the door (they were locked), they completely ignored me again. When they finally came to the window (55 min wait at this point), they said my pizza was not ready. Ten minutes later after I honked several times, they brought out a pile of pizza boxes which had been sitting out for more than thirty minutes. No apologies nothing. As expected, pizza was cold and soggy. Places like these should go out of business. Domino HQ should discontinue this branch for the sake of brand image.

TODAY 8/3/23 I was told at this location that I couldn’t get a refund that I could only get a $5.00 CREDIT ! .I Called corporate and they was VERY NICE AND PROVIDED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! I will NOT be ordering at this location again. The staff is not friendly when it comes to refunds as if they personally own the business.
