I’ve ordered from here several times and half the time they can’t find the location. Tonight though I ordered 3 med pizzas for my coworkers about 25 mins before time to close. I was called back and given several excuses such as no gas in the delivery persons car. I offered to leave work and pick them up and then they said it’s 12 mins before closing and he sounded like he didnt want to attempt the order. I understand it’s about time to go but at least have the decency to not hang up on me. No lunch for night shift I guess.

We called 20minutes prior to close, they took our order told us when to expect it, charged us then called back five minutes later to say they decided to close early tonight so they could leave early, and our food would be cancelled. Great customer service.

Called to place order and was put on hold after 3 min the lady came back on and asked me if I can hold again . I told her I was already on hold and she asked if it’s ok 5min later I get hung up on. When I got to store the lady at the counter was just standing there and I told her I tried to place order but was hung up on after more than 5 min and she get huffy with me saying I refused to answer her. So I left and later called back to talk with manager again I was put on hold for 7.11 min and manager could only say sorry they just told him.

I ordered a large pizza, cinnamon twists, and a drink when I got my pizza it looked good but it was soggy so I called Domino’s where I got my food from and said ” this is the second time this has happened and I don’t know who’s make that make but I don’t like it” so after they said I can come get the remake, I went to go get the second pizza and it was cut up like my little cousins cut it I don’t know if the person was mad that I called and said the first one wasn’t good but this is disrespectful and I was scared to even eat it because I didn’t know what else they did to it and how didn’t nobody else see that the pizza was like that I don’t know
