DO NOT ORDER HERE!! This place is complete trash! I will never order Domino’s again, because of this location, and it’s countless times now for terrible quality of food. Wings had the most pathetic drizzle of sauce. Wings should always be tossed and fully coated especially for the price! The pizza looked like a thin crust, smashed in the middle, and also in terrible quality! I’m not even sure how this location is open still.

Every part of our order was wrong or burnt. Bothh pizzas only cut enough to show lines, I had to recut them both. The half and half pizza was cut opposite if the toppings so we had to pick off toppings. The loaded tots had very little cheese and what was there was burnt along with some of the bacon. All things that a quick qulity check could have fixed. The manager Allen did cancel our order so we shouldn’t be charged but was incredibly rude on the phone. I tried to apologize for calling in and also offered pictures of our food issues and he just became more rude and short with me, claiming understaffing and that “he wanted to get back to fixing orders and making orders”. I can understand those things but there was absolutely no reason for the amount of rudeness he gave me, let alone the food he let leave that location that I am now forced to try and salvage to feed my family dinner tonight.

Domino’s needs some kind of communication system where they can inform the customer if the wait time is going to exceed the estimated. I placed my order at 6:04pm and my driver didn’t head my way until about 7:40pm, way past the estimated wait time we were given. Our delivery driver Don was great but judging by the previous reviews this is not an isolated incident. We’ll definitely be ordering from another restaurant entirely next time. This is kinda ridiculous.

Some of the rudest people work here. Manager Rebecca is sorry AF and District Manager Alan is just as bad. Doesn’t matter if you order delivery or pick up your food will be wrong and cold and all they offer is a credit so you come back and get the same sorry service. Scheduled a delivery that arrived 45 minutes late, cold and incorrect items. Officially done with this location.

Idk what has happened to this location but it’s terrible they don’t answer the phone they gave me a burnt no cheese pizza then when I brought it back the manager said she didn’t wanna see it to throw it away yea I know why she didn’t want to see it she knew it went out like that cause she the one getting the pizzas out the oven and boxing them so now I have to stand and wait for them to remake my pizza when she could have caught it and made it right before I even got it guess it’s back to Marcos for me I will not be back here

My wife is a nurse, had just finished a 12 hour shift, and she’s 2 months pregnant. She got there at 7:30 and was told it wasn’t ready and to drive around to the back of the line. Was then told it still wasn’t ready and to come back in 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, she was told it still wasn’t ready. Finally after waiting for over half an hour, our order was ready. These bites were still raw.

I usually don’t leave reviews but we just sat at the window for over 30 minutes. I called to try and reach someone and no one attempted to answer. Our order had been ready for pick up, so at this point our pizza was probably cold. Also we sat behind another car at the window (who also had to sit for forever) and a worker came to the window to speak to them and then they drove off with nothing. So they knew there were other cars in line. I get it sometimes youre short staffed but at least be decent enough to come to the window to say give me just a moment. We finally just drove off and went to Papa John’s.

Several tomes over the course of a few months, I have placed orders for delivery, and today, it says that delivery is not available for this store, so I placed an order for pickup. After I placed the order, the app said the pick-up time was not going to be for 2 hours! When I placed orders for delivery, it was also taking 2 hours! Pizza would always arrive cold. So after placing my order and finding out that it was not going to be ready for pick up for 2 hours, I attempted to call the store to cancel the order (the app has no way to cancel), but they would not answer the phone. My daughter then drove to the store and found that they only had 2 people working, and they were completely stressed out, as you can imagine! There was a line of people trying to pick up or cancel their orders, and it was complete chaos. This store should just be shut down if Dominoes can’t hire enough people to properly staff. I feel bad for those employees.
