I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with ham and cheese sticks around 8:30pm its now 12:41 and i have not receive my order so i been calling the store someone finally answered and put me on hold i have been on hold now for 26mins so i click over and called again now i got both lines tied up and still no answer i would not be eating here again and i wouldnt recommend no one to eat here they are slow and never answer the phone i want a refund at this point bc the food is cold by now so i dont want it

Oh yeah! Get one or two ..for the game. (I went in person and waited in my car.) Counter service was great I asked about different types and the cook took time to explain each type of my inquiry. I ordered a pizza and some wings .. wings could have been prepared alittle better but being short if staff they were fine.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Just placed an order online and just got the email. I had to cancel the order due to emergency and called right away to see if they could cancel the order if they hadn’t started on it. The guy who answered it said there no order under that name and said to stop calling the store and hung up on me right away.

If you have a code for a free pizza online order!! You still have to buy something that adds up to the minimum delivery amount. I tried to pickup the free pizza no you can’t do that the free pizza is delivery only but they won’t just be deliver the free pizza.

Would not recommend this store! Placed an order and immediately it was cancelled. Called the store to inquire why and was advised the driver for the store quit a month prior and they have not been able to hire another. Asked why was online still allowing delivery orders and was told because the owner “does not want to turn off delivery orders because it could cost the store money”. The rep also stated that he has asked for the delivery option to be turned off until a driver was hired and was told no. This is terrible customer service to allow for customers to pay for delivery when the store is not doing delivery. No thought of the customer experience.
