Avoid this location!!!!! This is the worst Dominos I have ever used. It took approximately 2 hours to get pizza delivered to our hotel that is 1 mile from the store. The delivery driver marked our order delivered 20 minutes before it arrived so she and the store wouldn’t be penalized for taking to long. I had to drove to the store to find my order because no one would answer I was on hold for 10 minutes and the person working in the store was completely useless. As I leave the store my wife calls to tell me that the pizza finally arrived.

Made my order an hour ahead of time as I know this location is trash. After I arrived 45 min later my tracker showed that the order was still being prepped. After waiting 10 more minutes outside I walked in. There were no customers. The two guys inside were laughing and talking. I asked about my order and suddenly it became something they would work on. It had been just sitting there being ignored. Along with about 5 other orders on the screen. I told them to just cancel it as I didnt want to wait the additional 15 mintues it would have taken to actually make my stuff.

Order was placed at 5:50 PM and order arrived at 8:10PM. I was on the phone for 40 min trying to find out if the order was still coming and when the phone was finally answered I was placed back on hold because I was not placing a new order but requesting for a status check. Eventually the app said the pizza was delivered but when I went outside to check there was no pizza. I DROVE to the store to get a status check and was told ” it is with the driver and it should arrive in 7 min. you just have to wait”. Went back to the house waited in my car for 15 min ( had three papa johns cars drive by) until finally they arrived……… The Worst customer service..Will never be ordering for Domino’s again.

I have never had issues with dominoes but tonight I ordered a pizza at 6:27 for delivery, the estimated delivery time was 21-36 minutes. After an hours I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. The pizza finally got delivered at 8:09. I would avoid this location!

After several orders taking forever and giving additional opportunities to keep my business the final straw was a pickup order I placed. The “tracker” said my pizza was ready. I parked and checked in. The timer said I earned a free pizza because it took longer than expected. Then a guy came out and said “You must one of the pickups. I haven’t even started your pizza and there are 7 people in front of you. I’m working alone so it’s going to be a minute”. I didn’t understand but decided to wait a little longer, after an additional 40 minutes my pizza was ready. That was a total wait time of over an hour. Decided that after more than one experience like this and several similar reviews that unless there is a major change this location doesn’t deserve my business.

Really awful. The order showed as out for delivery for over an hour (Store is 8 mins away). Eventually, the order showed as delivered although it was not. I called the store to inquire, and was told there are no drivers to deliver it (why accept delivery orders). Then told they have 1 driver but their car broke down (no call to notify customers?). I just requested to cancel the order. Clearly should have checked the reviews, as people have been saying the same thing for over a year and I guess mgmt has no intention to change that. Employee that answered was polite.

This store is by far the worst Domino’s I’ve ever worked with. After waiting an hour and a half for our pizza, I went to check the pizza tracker and it was blank. I then went into my email to check the tracker (apparently it had to reload) and was then notified my order was cancelled. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before I finally gave up. I understand there are workforce shortages but there has to be a better way…I’m never using this business again.

Although I got my money back, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I wanted to order some cinnamon bread twists as a dessert through delivery. I placed the order around 8:20 pm and I consider myself a patient individual. I wait an hour and 20 minutes and decide to call them. Although the person who picked up was very nice and understanding he told me that they did not have any drivers to send my food out. They attempted to call me, but I never received said call. Anyways he told me he refunded me and I thanked him for it. HOWEVER, that does not excuse the fact that a dominos does not have drivers when they are open till 12 am. I can understand if the website notified that delivery was not an option before placing my order, but the fact that there was no indicator made me upset.
