Ordered on line waited 35 mins pass the time it was to be ready. On top of they had to remake a pizza they messed up..which took longer. Not sure what happened but no comp offered. Gave a 2 only because pizza tasted good.

We have ordered here multiple times since we live nearby and finally gave up. This last time, I waited outside the store for an hour after my husband ordered two pizzas. I drove up and they would say 15 more minutes, 10 more minutes, or it’s gonna be a bit because there are 4 orders in front of you so just drive back in 15 more minutes. Honestly feel like I deserve a refund for the frustration at this point. They have gotten slower and have terrible customer service. Void of friendliness.

I ordered the Manager’s Special, 2:58pm, a lg 5 top for $9.99. Dbl sausage dbl pineapl & ham. Got a no ham & it doesn’t look like dbl on the other 2 tops! Store#5813. I was too tired and hungry to take it back.

Let me tell you about my experience last night with them I will never order her again the assistance. Manger is rude she hung up on me while I was telling her I didn’t get my order as she claimed the driver left it.. so I called back and said I was just got hung up on cause I was telling her I didn’t get my order the Manger told me well the store closed down for tonight I can give you a refund I was like that’s messed up I will never order her again cause the driver messed up my delivery she either took it to the wrong house or she kept it her self keep in mind I order at 9:30p.m this took till 2:30a.m in the morning they either need to hire more driver or just close down delivery all the way..
