Nadene the manager was amazing when ordering our pizza. She asked us if we needed plates, napkins and silverware because we are in a hotel. Also adding crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese for us! Absolutely amazing experience! The pizza was delivered EXACTLY the way we ordered and with all the extras that were promised, and Rhonda the delivery girl, was amazing and friendly. Plus we got it faster then they said! Absolutely a good job all the way around!

My last order, they forgot my garlic butter. I mentioned it in my review. Everything else was awesome. The manager called me personally and apologized for the error. Then, gave me a free pizza, cinnastix and drink, with extra garlic butter! Amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to keep customers happy. I am very impressed with this location!

1 star for the pizza tasting good, 1 star for the order being correct. Deducted 3 stars for order not being made promptly, lack of promptness in-store, lack of concern. Last three times the order has been delayed for pickup. Get there when they estimate with the 10 minute window and still have to wait another 15-20 minutes.

This particular Domino’s is probably the best pizza delivery place I have ever dealt with. The staff is always kind and helpful and they get my order to me quickly. In almost 3 years, they have gotten my order wrong only once, and 30 minutes after the error was discovered, a delivery person was on my doorstep with the corrected order with no hassle whatsoever.

Employees don’t pay attention to customers as they come in the door for service. So it appears to be a racist act because as a black man I feel I was overlooked while waiting in line for service two white customers walked in an a employee stopped what they were doing to serve them and never asked if I had been served. The employee who was serving the customer ahead of me saw it so when I did get the counter he apologized and severed me and I when I got home my order was wrong!
