Couldn’t decide on dinner and decided to pig out on two chicken Alfredo pasta bowls, came in about 840. Older gentleman took my order and was just the sweetest thing. Greeted me when I came in. The other employees didn’t say anything besides my name when it was time for me to get my food. He told them goodbye and they ignored him too so at least it wasn’t just me they were giving the cold shoulder.

If I could give 0 stars I would !! I ordered a pizza at 3 and didn’t get it til after 6!!!! Once the pizza arrived I could literally pick up the entire pizza out of the box it was just that stiff and burnt!!! Filed a complaint and was told that an email with a free pizza coupon would be emailed I NEVER GOT ONE!! When I called they argued me up and down that it wasn’t their store that did it but luckily I kept the confirmation and was able to read back everything including order number location and my tip!!! I was told to hold for a manager and stayed on hold for almost 10 minutes before hanging up! I will NEVER order from such a lazy unprofessional place again!

Hand-tossed crust is very dry!! Sloppily made. Very little cheese. Very little mushrooms. The cheese and mushrooms that are on the large two topping hand-tossed pizza is very little. I have had it! NO MORE DOMINO’S. Mellow Mushroom and Pizza Hut are starting to look better.

Received another person’s order and after realizing it we tried to call and nobody answered. Brought the items to the store the next day for a refund. While going round and round with the owner who couldn’t seem to find out information we witnessed a person making pizzas eating off the line while making them. We pointed it out and the owner saw it and shunned the person to the back. While trying to figure out a refund…now about 30 minutes into this worker came out and kept eating off the line. Gross. We got a cash refund. We should have got a gift card or something for a future but as well as we are loyal Domino’s customers. Ruined at least an evening and a an hour the next day of a rare vacation. Very sad indeed.

The lady assured me on the phone that the delivery driver only delivers to customers with cash on hand and that they don’t accept gift cards over the phone. I didn’t believe her so I went on the website and ordered online and was able to use my gift card. Win win. Pizza even made it on time. No cash was transferred.

Delivery is hit and miss at best. Drivers don’t seem to have at least Google Maps to get to your location. Ordered tonight….Took 30 min to arrive in neighborhood, another 5 mins for me to find driver to get my order. Should have picked it up myself. Food was cold. I paid extra for the convenience of delivery. Just not acceptable in this world of cell phones. I gave 2 stars only because some have found my house in the past with no problems at all!
